【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,治安形勢(shì)隨著社會(huì)的變化日趨復(fù)雜,警察肩負(fù)的任務(wù)也日益繁重。警察的職責(zé)分工所具有的職業(yè)技術(shù),決定了警察在社會(huì)中所扮演的角色愈來愈重要；警察教育與訓(xùn)練也必將發(fā)生變化；社會(huì)對(duì)警察專門人才的需求也在不斷擴(kuò)大和調(diào)整,因此,在全國警察院校開展警察特色體育,加強(qiáng)警察的專業(yè)技能勢(shì)在必行。 本文分別從特色體育教學(xué)、特色體育師資、特色體育教學(xué)效果、特色體育教學(xué)條件等方面,對(duì)湖南警察學(xué)院警察體育進(jìn)行調(diào)查,分析湖南警察學(xué)院特色體育目前發(fā)展存在的主要問題,并提出了相應(yīng)的發(fā)展對(duì)策,為提高學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì)和警務(wù)技能提供依據(jù)。研究得出：(1)湖南警察學(xué)院特色體育課程目標(biāo)凸顯出以擒拿格斗為特色的現(xiàn)象,但在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生終身體育能力有所忽視；課程內(nèi)容開設(shè)不夠合理；場(chǎng)地器材尚顯不足；課程教學(xué)組織形式也存在一定的局限性,如授課人數(shù)偏多,對(duì)男女生體能差別沒有區(qū)別對(duì)待,沿用傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)模式,課程教學(xué)的考核和評(píng)價(jià)情況忽視過程評(píng)價(jià)。(2)湖南警察學(xué)院特色體育擒拿格斗的專業(yè)性的師資力量較強(qiáng),擁有高學(xué)歷的教師,但學(xué)�？傮w的體育教師學(xué)歷偏低,知識(shí)面不廣,職稱結(jié)構(gòu)脫節(jié)嚴(yán)重,而且教師近四年的培訓(xùn)次數(shù)很少,因此湖南警察學(xué)院師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)是目前警察體育教學(xué)發(fā)展急需解決的重要問題。(3)湖南警察學(xué)院特色體育教學(xué)效果較好,學(xué)生對(duì)擒拿格斗教學(xué)的興趣濃厚；但湖南警察學(xué)院警察體育的教學(xué)模式?jīng)]有很好地體現(xiàn)出學(xué)生的主體地位。(4)湖南警察學(xué)院特色體育的教學(xué)條件較為完善,表現(xiàn)為：具有省廳級(jí)現(xiàn)代化射擊館,并建成一批室內(nèi)警務(wù)技能實(shí)戰(zhàn)模擬場(chǎng)所,但是學(xué)校特色體育訓(xùn)練場(chǎng)館、設(shè)施資源不能完全滿足學(xué)生的需求,而且一些體育器材設(shè)施過于陳舊,缺少維護(hù)。 應(yīng)對(duì)湖南警察學(xué)院特色體育現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查所發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,本課題提出了解決對(duì)策：(1)根據(jù)目前社會(huì)對(duì)警察的需求,制定學(xué)校的體育課程的指導(dǎo)思想和培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),以及對(duì)課程設(shè)置的規(guī)劃(2)加強(qiáng)特色擒拿格斗課程建設(shè),提高教學(xué)內(nèi)容的實(shí)用性(3)加強(qiáng)學(xué)校特色體育教師的整體建設(shè)(4)完善評(píng)價(jià)體系,提高教學(xué)的質(zhì)量(5)加強(qiáng)學(xué)生課外訓(xùn)練,并將課外訓(xùn)練與課內(nèi)訓(xùn)練相聯(lián)系。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, the public security situation is becoming more and more complicated with the change of society. The professional skills of the division of duties and responsibilities of the police determine the increasingly important role played by the police in the society; the police education and training will certainly change; the demand for specialized police personnel in the society is also expanding and adjusting constantly, so it is necessary for the police to play a more and more important role in the society. It is imperative to strengthen the professional skills of the police in the national police colleges and universities. This paper investigates the police sports of Hunan Police College from the aspects of characteristic physical education teaching, characteristic physical education teachers, characteristic physical education teaching effect, characteristic physical education teaching conditions and so on. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the development of characteristic sports in Hunan Police College, and puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures to provide the basis for improving the students' physical quality and policing skills. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the characteristic physical education curriculum goal of Hunan Police College highlights the phenomenon of capture and combat, but it is neglected in cultivating students' lifelong physical education ability; the course content is not reasonable; the venue and equipment are still insufficient; There are some limitations in the organization of curriculum teaching, such as the large number of students teaching, the difference between male and female students' physical ability, and the traditional teaching mode. The assessment and evaluation of curriculum teaching neglect the process evaluation. (2) the professional teachers of characteristic physical education in Hunan Police College have strong teachers with high academic qualifications, but the school's overall PE teachers' qualifications are on the low side, and their knowledge is not wide. The structure of professional title is disjointed seriously, and the number of teachers' training in the past four years is very few. Therefore, the construction of teachers' team in Hunan Police College is an important problem urgently needed to be solved in the development of police physical education. (3) the characteristic physical education of Hunan Police Academy has a better effect. However, the teaching mode of police sports in Hunan Police Academy does not reflect the students' main position well. (4) the teaching conditions of characteristic physical education in Hunan Police College are relatively perfect. It is shown that there is a modern shooting hall at the provincial and departmental level, and a number of indoor police skills simulation sites have been built, but the special sports training venues and facilities resources of the school can not fully meet the needs of the students. And some sports equipment facilities are too old, lack of maintenance. In response to the problems found in the investigation of the present situation of characteristic physical education in Hunan Police College, this paper puts forward some countermeasures: (1) according to the needs of the police in the society at present, the guiding ideology and training goal of the physical education curriculum of the school should be formulated. And (2) strengthening the construction of the characteristic arrest and fighting course and improving the practicability of the teaching content. (3) strengthening the overall construction of the special PE teachers (4) perfecting the evaluation system and improving the teaching quality (5) strengthening the extracurricular training of the students. And the extracurricular training and class training is linked.
