　　法律的制定、解釋和實施是所有社會必不可少的。語言是實現(xiàn)這些法律過程的基本手段。因此,法律以及法律語言都成為社會生活的一部分。法律語篇,無論是書面語篇還是口頭語篇,已成為語言學研究的一個焦點。權(quán)力在語言運用中無所不在,權(quán)力的表達和重塑需要通過語言來實現(xiàn)。法律語言這個獨特的語言變體,不論是口頭語還是書面語,在語言表達上體現(xiàn)了法律權(quán)力。法律權(quán)力是指一個國家在制定和修改法律時的權(quán)力。事實上在法律語篇中法律權(quán)力表現(xiàn)為法律權(quán)威性,它是法律語篇固有的性質(zhì)。本文從系統(tǒng)功能語言學出發(fā),通過對中華人民共和國憲法這一立法語篇的分析,試圖揭示該語篇中蘊涵的法律權(quán)威性,期望通過此分析提高人們的法律語言意識,并能有助于提高法律語言的表達水平。本論文共分五章。第一章是導論。首先是對法律語言學研究現(xiàn)狀的概述,然后介紹了本論文的理論基礎(chǔ)、目標、方法以及語料的選取,并提出了中華人民共和國憲法這一立法語篇的權(quán)威性是如何產(chǎn)生的,同時又是怎樣在該語篇中得到體現(xiàn)的這兩個貫穿全文的研究問題。第二章是與本論文研究有關(guān)的文獻綜述。本章第一節(jié)綜述了語篇和權(quán)力的關(guān)系,指出在法律語篇中法律權(quán)力表現(xiàn)為法律的權(quán)威性。第二節(jié)通過國內(nèi)外對立法語篇的...
