【摘要】：正8月25日至26日,中國檢察學(xué)研究會檢察基礎(chǔ)理論專業(yè)委員會在國家檢察官學(xué)院湖北分院舉辦了第二屆中國檢察基礎(chǔ)理論論壇。來自最高人民檢察院有關(guān)部門的負責(zé)人和國內(nèi)高等院校的專家學(xué)者以及全國各地的檢察官80余人參加了會議。論壇以"深化檢察改革的基礎(chǔ)理論問題研究"為主題,從滿足人民群眾對維護司法公正、維護社會公平正義的新要求、新期待出發(fā),站在遵循司法規(guī)律和檢察規(guī)律、完善中國特色社會主義檢察制度的高度,探求深化檢察改革的基礎(chǔ)理論及其最新發(fā)展,共謀破解制約檢察事業(yè)科學(xué)發(fā)展的體制性、機制性、保障性障礙之良策,對全面完成各項檢察改革任務(wù)進行了有益探討。
[Abstract]:From August 25th to 26th, The professional committee of procuratorial basic theory of the china procuratorial research association held the second china procuratorial basic theory forum at the Hubei branch of the state prosecutor's college. Responsible persons from the relevant departments of the supreme people's procuratorate and domestic higher education. Experts and scholars from colleges and universities as well as more than 80 prosecutors from all over the country attended the conference. The theme of the forum was "Research on basic theoretical issues of deepening procuratorial reform." In order to meet the new requirements and expectations of the masses for safeguarding judicial justice and safeguarding social fairness and justice, standing at the height of following the judicial and prosecutorial laws and perfecting the procuratorial system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, This paper probes into the basic theory of deepening procuratorial reform and its latest development, conspires to solve the system, mechanism and indemnificatory obstacles that restrict the development of procuratorial science, and makes a beneficial discussion on accomplishing all kinds of procuratorial reform tasks in an all-round way.
