【摘要】：未檢一體化工作機(jī)制是我國未檢制度的重要組成部分,然而其內(nèi)涵經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)變化發(fā)展的過程和多層次多視角的定位問題�；仡�30多年來的未檢工作,未檢一體化工作機(jī)制面臨著諸多發(fā)展困境,亟待從理念、制度、規(guī)范和操作層面予以破解。應(yīng)自覺融入未成年人權(quán)益保護(hù)工作大局,借司法體制改革的契機(jī)理順未檢機(jī)構(gòu)與職能,注重未檢工作機(jī)制完善,培養(yǎng)一批專業(yè)型復(fù)合型未檢人才,提高未檢工作社會化、集約化、體系化、常態(tài)化水平。
[Abstract]:The unchecked integrated working mechanism is an important part of the unchecked system in our country. However, its connotation has gone through a process of change and development and a multi-level and multi-angle of view positioning problem. The unchecked integrated working mechanism is facing many difficulties in development and needs to be solved from the aspects of concept, system, norm and operation, and should be consciously integrated into the overall situation of the protection of the rights and interests of minors. We should take the opportunity of reforming the judicial system to straighten out the unchecked institutions and functions, pay attention to the perfection of the unchecked working mechanism, train a group of specialized and complex unchecked talents, and improve the level of socialization, intensification, systematization and normalization of unchecked work.
