【摘要】：正順利推進統(tǒng)計"四大工程"建設(shè),廣大統(tǒng)計調(diào)查對象的理解、支持和配合是關(guān)鍵。為有效增強調(diào)查對象的配合意識,努力提高網(wǎng)報率和源頭數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量,保證統(tǒng)計"四大工程"建設(shè)工作順利開展,廣東在統(tǒng)計"四大工程"建設(shè)工作中,充分發(fā)揮統(tǒng)計法制的保障作用,積極探索推行統(tǒng)計法律事務(wù)告知工作,取得了較好的效果。國家統(tǒng)計局局長馬建堂2011年底到廣東調(diào)研"四大工程"建設(shè)期間,了解到廣東通過統(tǒng)計法律事務(wù)告知切實加大對企業(yè)的宣傳力度后,
