【摘要】：正 《中華人民共和國立法法》(以下簡稱《立法法》)已由中華人民共和國第九屆全國人民代表會第三次會議于2000年3月15通過,自2000年7月1日起施行�！读⒎ǚā返念C布施行,對于規(guī)范立法活動,維護國家法制的統(tǒng)一,建立和完善有中國特色社會主義法律體系,推進依法治國,建設(shè)社會主義法治國家,有著十分重要的意義。《立法法》全文約1.5萬字,共6章、94條,內(nèi)
[Abstract]:The Legislative Law of the people's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the Legislative Law) was adopted by the third session of the Ninth National people's Congress of the people's Republic of China on March 15, 2000. As of July 1, 2000, the promulgation and implementation of the Legislative Law will regulate legislative activities, safeguard the unity of the state's legal system, establish and perfect the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics, and promote the administration of the country according to law. It is of great significance to build a socialist country ruled by law. The full text of the Legislative Law is about 15000 words, with a total of 6 chapters and 94 articles.
