【摘要】：出版物呈繳者的范圍可以從狹義與廣義兩個(gè)方面界定。出版物呈繳者的權(quán)利包括建議權(quán)、磋商權(quán)、補(bǔ)償權(quán)、救濟(jì)權(quán)等。世界各國(guó)和各地區(qū)保護(hù)出版物呈繳者權(quán)益的措施有:立法確認(rèn)呈繳者的權(quán)利、科學(xué)界定呈繳本的范圍與數(shù)量、建立合理的經(jīng)濟(jì)補(bǔ)償政策、注重呈繳本的版權(quán)保護(hù)等。
[Abstract]:The scope of the person submitting the publication can be defined from two aspects: narrow sense and broad sense. The rights of the person submitting the publication include the right of suggestion, the right of consultation and the right of compensation. The measures of protecting the rights and interests of those who submit their publications in various countries and regions of the world are as follows: legislating to confirm the rights of those who submit them, scientifically defining the scope and quantity of their submissions, establishing a reasonable policy of economic compensation, and paying attention to the protection of copyright submitted to them, and so on.
