【摘要】：意大利語中有"Araldica"一詞,意為紋章學(xué),是專門研究家族/貴族的盾徽的學(xué)問,發(fā)展到今天,也是研究徽章、紋章的學(xué)問,其中也包括了對榮譽(yù)勛章的研究。1951年3月3日,意大利頒布了第178號法律,設(shè)立最高國家級別的榮譽(yù)勛章"共和國榮譽(yù)勛章",并專門建立頒勛會主持勛章授予工作。本文在簡要回顧了意大利功勛榮譽(yù)制度的沿革后,分別從勛章的管理機(jī)構(gòu)、法律文件、一般授勛程序、勛章裝飾的佩戴與管理辦法等方面全面介紹了意大利共和國國家榮譽(yù)勛章,并對其特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:There is the word "Araldica" in Italian, meaning heraldry, which is the study of the coat of arms of the family / nobility, which has developed to this day, as well as the study of badges and heraldry, which also includes the study of the Medal of Honor. Italy promulgated Law No. 178 establishing the Medal of Honor of the Republic, at the highest national level, and a special concierge to preside over the award of the Medal. After a brief review of the evolution of the Italian meritorious service system, this paper reviews the administrative organs, legal documents, and general procedures for the award of medals. This paper introduces the National Medal of Honor of the Republic of Italy and summarizes its characteristics.
