【摘要】：基于社會網(wǎng)絡分析方法,以江蘇為例,構(gòu)建裝備制造企業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡并對網(wǎng)絡結(jié)構(gòu)特征進行研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)江蘇裝備制造業(yè)還沒有形成關(guān)系緊密的創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡;通過考察網(wǎng)絡中間中心度,發(fā)現(xiàn)高校在創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡中處于核心位置;基于結(jié)構(gòu)洞理論發(fā)現(xiàn)蘇南地區(qū)高校院所與企業(yè)占據(jù)核心位置的數(shù)量多于蘇中、蘇北地區(qū);用多元回歸檢驗主體間聯(lián)系對企業(yè)產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新和過程創(chuàng)新的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)處于高結(jié)構(gòu)洞和中心度位置企業(yè)對產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新有正向影響,處于低結(jié)構(gòu)洞位置的企業(yè)對過程創(chuàng)新有負向影響,處于低中心度位置的企業(yè)對過程創(chuàng)新有不顯著的正向影響,同時,企業(yè)在創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡中的位置更多影響的是企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新潛力。
[Abstract]:Based on the method of social network analysis, this paper takes Jiangsu Province as an example, constructs the innovation network of equipment manufacturing enterprises and studies the characteristics of network structure. It is found that Jiangsu equipment manufacturing industry has not formed a closely related innovation network. By investigating the center degree of network, we find that colleges and universities are in the core position in the innovation network, and based on the structure hole theory, we find that the number of institutions and enterprises occupying the core position in the south of Jiangsu is more than that in the middle of Jiangsu and the north of Jiangsu. By using multivariate regression to test the influence of the relationship between subjects on product innovation and process innovation, it is found that enterprises in high structure hole and center position have positive influence on product innovation, while those in low structure hole have negative influence on process innovation. At the same time, the position of the enterprise in the innovation network has more influence on the innovation potential of the enterprise.
