【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)自由貿(mào)易區(qū)的不斷發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)處于快速增長(zhǎng)階段,行業(yè)用人標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的不斷提高使綜合型人才培養(yǎng)受到廣泛關(guān)注。我國(guó)是世界第一大茶樹種植區(qū),茶葉產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易是農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要組成部分,自由貿(mào)易區(qū)是中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)深化改革和開放新的窗口,一些更開放的經(jīng)濟(jì)政策正在自貿(mào)區(qū)先行試驗(yàn),茶葉產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易可以借助自貿(mào)區(qū)實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展,尋求更大的國(guó)際市場(chǎng),增加企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。不過(guò),自貿(mào)區(qū)茶葉行業(yè)人才供需平衡是實(shí)現(xiàn)茶葉產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型及可持續(xù)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),企業(yè)需要不斷創(chuàng)新完善人才培養(yǎng)制度,以適應(yīng)當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平,但現(xiàn)階段自貿(mào)區(qū)服務(wù)業(yè)人才的需求和供給模式還存在一定問(wèn)題。鑒于此,本文以茶葉行業(yè)為例,首先梳理了自貿(mào)區(qū)現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展及茶葉行業(yè)人才需求情況,其次對(duì)自貿(mào)區(qū)茶葉行業(yè)人才供給現(xiàn)狀及策略展開分析,以期對(duì)自貿(mào)區(qū)茶葉行業(yè)專項(xiàng)人才培養(yǎng)有所借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of China's free trade zone, the modern service industry is in a rapid growth stage, and the continuous improvement of industry employment standards makes the training of comprehensive talents receive extensive attention. China is the largest tea planting area in the world, and the trade in tea products is an important part of the development of the agricultural economy. The free trade zone is a window for China to deepen its economic reform and open up to the outside world. Some more open economic policies are being tested in the free trade zone. Tea products trade can realize leapfrog development with the help of free trade area, seek for bigger international market and increase the market competitiveness of enterprises. However, the balance between supply and demand in the tea industry is the basis for the transformation and sustainable development of the tea industry. Enterprises need to constantly innovate and improve the personnel training system to adapt to the current level of economic development. However, there are still some problems in the demand and supply mode of the service industry. In view of this, this paper takes the tea industry as an example, firstly combing the development of the modern service industry and the demand for talents of the tea industry in the free trade area, and secondly, analyzing the present situation and the strategy of the supply of talents in the tea industry of the free trade area.
