心理契約理論研究、應(yīng)用及測評方法述評

【摘要】:從國外心理契約理論的發(fā)展歷程、國內(nèi)心理契約理論研究的現(xiàn)狀和在人力資源管理中的應(yīng)用以及心理契約的測量方法等幾個(gè)方面對心理契約理論進(jìn)行了述評,目的在于進(jìn)一步規(guī)范其研究方法,加深其在組織行為和人力資源管理方面的應(yīng)用研究。
