【摘要】：2005年始,本刊響應(yīng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金委員會(huì)管理科學(xué)部的號(hào)召,設(shè)立了"中國(guó)管理論壇"欄目(2008年3月改為"管理學(xué)在中國(guó)"欄目),推出了以"中國(guó)·實(shí)踐·管理"為主線,以推動(dòng)管理學(xué)在中國(guó)的發(fā)展為目標(biāo)的編輯宗旨,率先為中國(guó)管理學(xué)者交流和展示在理論創(chuàng)新和本土實(shí)踐研究方面的成果提供了值得注目的學(xué)術(shù)園地。斗轉(zhuǎn)星移,12年后的2017年新年伊始,本刊又在"爭(zhēng)鳴與反思"版面下首設(shè)"煮茶問(wèn)道·本土管理研究論壇"專欄,并邀請(qǐng)北京師范大學(xué)趙向陽(yáng)博士擔(dān)綱該欄目主持,這是對(duì)我刊一直以來(lái)關(guān)注和助力中國(guó)本土管理研究工作的一個(gè)有益的補(bǔ)充和推進(jìn)。"煮茶問(wèn)道"源自趙向陽(yáng)博士發(fā)起的推動(dòng)本土管理研究和教育的一個(gè)學(xué)術(shù)交流活動(dòng),在國(guó)內(nèi)管理學(xué)界產(chǎn)生了一定的反響,值得稱道和鼓勵(lì)。中國(guó)本土管理研究是一項(xiàng)偉大的事業(yè),本刊愿意繼續(xù)為此搭建良好的學(xué)術(shù)交流平臺(tái),還將陸續(xù)開(kāi)設(shè)不同形式的有特色的專欄,誠(chéng)邀有興趣的學(xué)者擔(dān)任欄目主持,匯聚各方同道的智慧和力量,百花齊放、百家爭(zhēng)鳴;同時(shí),更要時(shí)不我待,百舸爭(zhēng)流,共同將有關(guān)工作有序推進(jìn)。我們相信,中國(guó)本土管理研究一定大有可為,心懷責(zé)任感和使命感的中國(guó)管理學(xué)者和中文管理學(xué)術(shù)期刊將為此矢志不渝,奮勇前行!
[Abstract]:Since 2005, in response to the call of the Ministry of Management Science of the National Natural Science Foundation Committee of the people's Republic of China, the journal has set up the "China Management Forum" column (changed to "Management in China" column in March 2008), with "China practice Management" as the main line. With the aim of promoting the development of management science in China, the editorial aim is to provide a remarkable academic garden for Chinese management scholars to exchange and display their achievements in theoretical innovation and local practice research. At the beginning of the new year of 2017, 12 years later, the journal also set up a column on "making Tea and asking for Local Management Research Forum" under the "Race and Reflections" page, and invited Dr. Zhao Xiangyang of Beijing normal University to chair the column. This is a beneficial supplement and promotion to our journal's attention and support to the research work of local management in China. " Tea making asked, "an academic exchange campaign initiated by Dr. Zhao Xiangyang to promote local management research and education has produced a certain response in domestic management circles, which deserves praise and encouragement. The study of local management in China is a great undertaking. This magazine is willing to continue to build a good platform for academic exchanges for this purpose. It will also open various forms of special columns one after another, inviting interested scholars to host the columns. We should pool the wisdom and strength of all parties, blossom a hundred flowers and contend with a hundred schools of thought; at the same time, we should wait for time and strive for the flow, and work together to advance the relevant work in an orderly manner. We believe that there is a lot to be done in the study of local management in China. Chinese management scholars and Chinese academic journals with a sense of responsibility and mission will make unswerving efforts to this end.
