【摘要】：本文結(jié)合現(xiàn)代職業(yè)核心能力的要求及蘇州市職業(yè)大學(xué)文秘專業(yè)的實(shí)訓(xùn)考評(píng)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),指出應(yīng)建立科學(xué)可行的實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)效果評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和動(dòng)態(tài)、多樣化的實(shí)訓(xùn)考核方式。
[Abstract]:Based on the requirements of the core competence of modern occupation and the practical training and evaluation experience of the secretarial major in Suzhou Vocational University, this paper points out that a scientific and feasible evaluation index system of practical training teaching effect should be established and a variety of practical training assessment methods should be established.
