【摘要】：明代學(xué)者洪應(yīng)明的語錄體著作《菜根譚》,是一部討論和研究修身、處世、待人、接物、行事的格言合集,其中也包含著豐富的管理心理學(xué)思想,從個性人品與個人修養(yǎng)以及交友待人、和諧處事的人際關(guān)系處理方法的視角來研究《菜根譚》,對于現(xiàn)代管理具有重要的心理啟示和現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:Ming scholar Hong Yingming's quoting book "Caigen Tam" is a collection of aphorisms to discuss and study self-cultivation, dealing with people, accepting things and acting, which also contains rich thoughts of management psychology. From the perspective of personal character, personal accomplishment and interpersonal relationship of making friends and dealing with people harmoniously, it is of great psychological enlightenment and practical significance for modern management to study Caigentan.
