管理學(xué)子專業(yè)認(rèn)知能力培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:專業(yè)認(rèn)知能力的培養(yǎng)對于調(diào)動學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)主動性具有現(xiàn)實意義,管理學(xué)子專業(yè)認(rèn)知能力培養(yǎng)應(yīng)遵循認(rèn)知發(fā)展規(guī)律,提高認(rèn)知的實效性,結(jié)合管理專業(yè)特點,通過專業(yè)目標(biāo)、課程導(dǎo)入、專業(yè)學(xué)科發(fā)展方向引導(dǎo)、理論和實踐互動教學(xué)等方式開展。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of professional cognitive ability is of practical significance for arousing students' learning initiative. The training of cognitive ability of management students should follow the law of cognitive development, improve the effectiveness of cognition, combine the characteristics of management specialty, and carry out the interactive teaching methods such as professional goal, course introduction, direction of professional development and interactive teaching of theory and practice.
