新進(jìn)員工向心力培養(yǎng)路徑探析

【摘要】:正感召力、向心力和凝聚力是組織文化的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,是組織賴以生存與發(fā)展的不竭動(dòng)力和精神底蘊(yùn)。從組織系統(tǒng)的角度看,向心力是組織感召力的深化結(jié)果,是組織凝聚力的集結(jié)平臺(tái),擔(dān)負(fù)著承上啟下的關(guān)鍵作用,會(huì)持續(xù)影響組織氛圍,左右組織績(jī)效,進(jìn)而決定組織命運(yùn)。從組織成員的角度看,向心力是對(duì)組織感召力的內(nèi)化認(rèn)同,是對(duì)組織凝聚力的激活啟動(dòng),發(fā)揮著起承轉(zhuǎn)合的關(guān)鍵作用,會(huì)不斷強(qiáng)化個(gè)體融入程度,不斷提升個(gè)體自我效
[Abstract]:Positive appeal, centripetal force and cohesion are the core competitiveness of organizational culture and the inexhaustible motive force and spiritual essence of organization's survival and development. From the point of view of organizational system, centripetal force is the deepening result of organizational appeal, the gathering platform of organizational cohesion, which bears the key role of connecting with the past and connecting with the following. It will continuously affect the organizational atmosphere, influence the organizational performance, and then determine the fate of the organization. From the point of view of the members of the organization, the centripetal force is the internal recognition of the organization's appeal power, the activation of the cohesion of the organization and the activation of the cohesion of the organization. It plays a key role in promoting the integration of the individual and enhancing the self-efficacy of the individual.
