【摘要】：在評(píng)價(jià)中經(jīng)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)評(píng)價(jià)者對(duì)某些關(guān)鍵評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)有特定要求或評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的預(yù)期,數(shù)學(xué)分析表明由這些要求或預(yù)期提出的約束蘊(yùn)含著該指標(biāo)的臨界權(quán)重,且可以通過(guò)最優(yōu)化方法求解臨界權(quán)重并據(jù)此進(jìn)行約束式賦權(quán).在評(píng)價(jià)具體對(duì)象時(shí),評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)得分的分布情況會(huì)影響評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,由此提出根據(jù)全部評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差和最低得分指標(biāo)的離差對(duì)權(quán)重進(jìn)行調(diào)整的方法.
[Abstract]:In evaluation, there are often expectations that the evaluator has specific requirements or evaluation results for certain key evaluation indicators, and mathematical analysis shows that the constraints proposed by these requirements or expectations contain the critical weight of the index. And the critical weight can be solved by optimization method and the constraint weight can be obtained accordingly. When evaluating specific objects, the distribution of evaluation index scores will affect the evaluation results. Therefore, a method is proposed to adjust the weights according to the standard deviation of all the evaluation indexes and the deviation of the lowest score indicators.
