遺傳算法在鋼管生產(chǎn)車間調(diào)度中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的快速發(fā)展和市場需求的日益多樣化,客戶訂單要求向多品種、小批量的方向發(fā)展,這種訂單模式將引導(dǎo)鋼管企業(yè)生產(chǎn)。在這種訂單模式下,怎樣制定生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃、進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)調(diào)度就成為鋼管企業(yè)提高生產(chǎn)效率的關(guān)鍵所在。 無縫鋼管的生產(chǎn)要經(jīng)過管坯連鑄、熱軋、冷拔、酸洗潤滑、冷軋、退火、矯直、浸油和表面處理等工序。其訂單在工藝流程不同的階段可能使用同一臺(tái)設(shè)備加工即加工存在可重入性,這加劇了訂單對機(jī)器設(shè)備使用權(quán)的競爭,導(dǎo)致訂單等待加工的時(shí)間增加,進(jìn)而使鋼管生產(chǎn)的調(diào)度的難度增大,因此鋼管生產(chǎn)調(diào)度是鋼管企業(yè)生產(chǎn)調(diào)度的核心問題,同時(shí)也是鋼管生產(chǎn)調(diào)度的難點(diǎn)所在。 本文介紹研究鋼管生產(chǎn)調(diào)度問題的目的、背景及意義,分析國內(nèi)外鋼管生產(chǎn)調(diào)度發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,論述研究鋼管生產(chǎn)調(diào)度問題的重要性;研究有關(guān)車間調(diào)度問題的特點(diǎn)以及分類,探討鋼管生產(chǎn)調(diào)度問題的調(diào)度策略,回顧研究求解車間調(diào)度問題的主要?dú)v程及其方法,詳細(xì)介紹遺傳算法的基本原理、處理流程、基本步驟、基本操作及其特點(diǎn);將遺傳算法運(yùn)用到鋼管生產(chǎn)調(diào)度的實(shí)際問題中,基于最小完成時(shí)間對鋼管生產(chǎn)調(diào)度問題進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析與數(shù)學(xué)建模,對基于最小完成時(shí)間的鋼管車間調(diào)度問題進(jìn)行了仿真實(shí)驗(yàn),詳細(xì)介紹基于遺傳算法的鋼管生產(chǎn)調(diào)度仿真系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)過程,克服一般研究形式化數(shù)學(xué)描述的缺陷;通過對仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)得到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,,其結(jié)果對生產(chǎn)有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of global economic integration and the increasing diversification of market demand, customer orders demand to the direction of multi-variety, small batch, this kind of order mode will guide the steel pipe enterprise production. In this kind of order mode, how to make production plan and how to carry out field production scheduling become the key to improve the production efficiency of steel pipe enterprises. Seamless steel pipe production through billet continuous casting, hot rolling, cold drawing, pickling lubrication, cold rolling, annealing, straightening, soaking and surface treatment processes. The order may be processed with the same equipment at different stages of process flow, that is, reentrant processing, which intensifies the competition of the order for the right to use the machine and equipment, resulting in an increase in the waiting time for the order to be processed. Therefore, the scheduling of steel pipe production is the core problem of steel pipe production scheduling, and it is also the difficulty of pipe production scheduling. This paper introduces the purpose, background and significance of studying steel pipe production scheduling problem, analyzes the present situation of steel pipe production scheduling at home and abroad, discusses the importance of studying steel pipe production scheduling problem, studies the characteristics and classification of relevant job shop scheduling problems, This paper discusses the scheduling strategy of steel pipe production scheduling problem, reviews the main course and methods of solving the job shop scheduling problem, and introduces in detail the basic principle, processing flow, basic steps, basic operation and characteristics of genetic algorithm. The genetic algorithm is applied to the practical problem of steel pipe production scheduling. The steel pipe production scheduling problem is analyzed and modeled in detail based on the minimum completion time, and the simulation experiment is carried out on the steel pipe workshop scheduling problem based on the minimum completion time. This paper introduces the realization process of steel pipe production scheduling simulation system based on genetic algorithm in detail, overcomes the defect of formal mathematical description of general research, and analyzes the data obtained from simulation experiment, and the result has certain guiding significance for production.
