多應(yīng)力、多失效模式的集中器可靠性評估方法

【摘要】:為保證集中器在溫度、濕度、電應(yīng)力、振動等多應(yīng)力復雜環(huán)境條件下平穩(wěn)運行,需要解決綜合突變故障和性能退化的可靠性評估問題.因此,針對集中器的溫-濕度雙應(yīng)力加速試驗,從通信失敗的突變失效和模擬量誤差超差的退化失效等兩種失效模式入手,綜合利用AIC/BIC信息準則、退化量分布模型和Peck加速模型等方法,分別給出在不同失效模式下的可靠性評估方法;最后,基于競爭性失效模型,給出了集中器在溫-濕度復雜環(huán)境下的可靠性綜合評估方法.
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the concentrator running smoothly in complex environment such as temperature, humidity, electric stress, vibration and so on, it is necessary to solve the problem of reliability evaluation of integrated sudden change fault and performance degradation. Therefore, in view of the temperature and humidity double stress accelerated test of concentrator, starting with two failure modes, such as sudden failure of communication failure and degradation failure of error of analog quantity, the AIC/BIC information criterion is used synthetically. Degenerate quantity distribution model and Peck acceleration model are used to evaluate the reliability of different failure modes. Finally, based on the competitive failure model, The reliability evaluation method of concentrator in complex environment of temperature and humidity is presented.
