基于知識歐姆定律的上下游活動重疊時間估算

【摘要】:針對并行產(chǎn)品開發(fā)中上下游活動間存在重疊且重疊時間量化困難的問題,從知識的角度提出運用函數(shù)度量上下游活動的知識勢和知識阻,基于知識難度系數(shù)構(gòu)建知識勢函數(shù),并運用學(xué)習(xí)曲線理論構(gòu)建知識阻函數(shù),進(jìn)而結(jié)合二者和知識歐姆定律以獲得知識流函數(shù);根據(jù)知識返工概率函數(shù),計算下游活動重疊期的知識返工時間,進(jìn)而構(gòu)建上下游活動重疊時間的數(shù)學(xué)模型。最后通過實例驗證了該方法的有效性與可行性。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of overlapping and overlapping time quantification between upstream and downstream activities in parallel product development, a knowledge potential function based on knowledge difficulty coefficient is proposed to measure the knowledge potential and knowledge resistance of upstream and downstream activities from the point of view of knowledge. The knowledge resistance function is constructed by using the learning curve theory, and then the knowledge flow function is obtained by combining them with the knowledge Ohm law. According to the probability function of knowledge rework, the time of knowledge rework in the overlapping period of downstream activities is calculated, and the mathematical model of overlapping time of upstream and downstream activities is constructed. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the method are verified by an example.
