【摘要】:本文以RC公司ERP物料基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建的過程為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)ERP系統(tǒng)對(duì)物料基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)的要求,研究了物料基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建的內(nèi)容、方法和步驟,以及保證物料基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量的措施。構(gòu)建完善的物料基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)不僅為ERP運(yùn)行準(zhǔn)備了條件,還可以縮短產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)間,進(jìn)而縮短整個(gè)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)周期,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 首先,介紹新成立的RC公司需要引進(jìn)ERP系統(tǒng)作為其供應(yīng)鏈管理的IT平臺(tái),分析了ERP系統(tǒng)順利運(yùn)行對(duì)物料基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)的要求,即需要對(duì)物料及其屬性進(jìn)行識(shí)別,需要調(diào)用產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃。接下來圍繞ERP系統(tǒng)對(duì)物料基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)的需求,對(duì)物料基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建的內(nèi)容、方法、步驟展開論述。通過分析市場(chǎng)對(duì)企業(yè)不斷變化的要求,指出目前以傳統(tǒng)方式構(gòu)建的物料基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)已經(jīng)不能夠滿足企業(yè)大規(guī)模定制生產(chǎn)的需求。于是引入產(chǎn)品族物料清單的概念,為產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)模型的構(gòu)建引入新的方法,即將產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)和配置分開。物料基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)的構(gòu)建還要緊密結(jié)合企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況。第三章對(duì)RC公司的成立背景、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)和生產(chǎn)流程進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的介紹和分析。第四、第五章在前面的理論分析結(jié)果和企業(yè)實(shí)際情況的基礎(chǔ)上,展開RC公司物料基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)的構(gòu)建,即對(duì)物料進(jìn)行分類、編碼,規(guī)劃物料的屬性,建立典型產(chǎn)品完整物料清單,并針對(duì)具體訂單要求對(duì)實(shí)際產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行配置。 最后對(duì)整個(gè)構(gòu)建過程進(jìn)行回顧,總結(jié)了按研究的方法構(gòu)建的ERP物料基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)縮短了RC公司產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)間,進(jìn)而縮短了產(chǎn)品整個(gè)交貨期,為提高運(yùn)營(yíng)的效率做出了貢獻(xiàn),提升了應(yīng)對(duì)市場(chǎng)不斷變化需求的能力。還指出,物料基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)在技術(shù)信息系統(tǒng)和管理信息系統(tǒng)之間起到了橋梁連接的作用。RC公司為了實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品整個(gè)形成過程的信息化管理,已經(jīng)立項(xiàng)準(zhǔn)備引進(jìn)技術(shù)信息管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)一步規(guī)范物料基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)的構(gòu)建。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the process of ERP material base data construction in RC company as the research object, according to the requirement of ERP system to material foundation data, the content, method and procedure of material base data construction are studied. The construction of perfect material base data not only provides conditions for the operation of ERP, but also shortens the product design time, thus shortens the whole product production cycle and strengthens the competitiveness of the enterprise. First of all, this paper introduces that the newly established RC company needs to introduce ERP system as its IT platform for supply chain management, and analyzes the requirements of the smooth operation of the ERP system on the material base data, that is, it needs to identify the material and its properties. It is necessary to call the product structure data to realize the production plan. Next, the content, method and steps of the material base data construction are discussed around the demand of the ERP system for the material base data. Through the analysis of the changing requirements of the market for the enterprise, It is pointed out that the material base data constructed in the traditional way can no longer meet the needs of mass customization production, so the concept of product family bill of materials is introduced, and a new method is introduced for the construction of product structure data model. The construction of material base data must be closely combined with the actual situation of the enterprise. Chapter 3 introduces and analyzes the background, product structure and production process of RC Company in detail. 4th, In Chapter 5th, based on the previous theoretical analysis results and the actual situation of the enterprise, the construction of the material foundation data of RC Company is carried out, that is, the material is classified, coded, the attributes of the material are planned, and the complete bill of materials for typical products is established. And according to the specific order requirements for the actual product configuration. Finally, the whole construction process is reviewed, and the ERP material base data structure based on the research method is summarized, which shortens the design time of RC products, and then shortens the whole delivery time of the products, thus contributing to improving the efficiency of operation. It also points out that the material base data acts as a bridge between the technical information system and the management information system in order to realize the information management of the whole forming process of the product. A project has been proposed to introduce technical information management systems to further standardize the construction of material base data.
