【摘要】：在主輔分離,打破壟斷的大背景下,電力行業(yè)形成了一條由發(fā)電、輸配電、用電、電建、設(shè)計(jì)、科研等主輔產(chǎn)業(yè)組合而成的電能供應(yīng)鏈。由于電能供應(yīng)鏈存在的時(shí)間短、電力體制改革仍未深化、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)不夠等問(wèn)題的存在,電能供應(yīng)鏈的運(yùn)行績(jī)效還有很大的提升空間。如何有效地提出一套科學(xué)的措施來(lái)提升電能供應(yīng)鏈的運(yùn)行績(jī)效,是促進(jìn)電力行業(yè)發(fā)展的重大課題之一。 本文從關(guān)系資本的角度出發(fā),在總結(jié)關(guān)系資本、電能供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效相關(guān)理論成果的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一套電力行業(yè)關(guān)系資本及電能供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效的測(cè)量體系,提出了關(guān)系資本對(duì)電能供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效具有顯著影響的假設(shè),制作并發(fā)放了調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,收集有效的樣本數(shù)據(jù)。為更好的研究?jī)烧咧�間的關(guān)系,文章構(gòu)建了關(guān)系資本對(duì)電能供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效的影響模型。為驗(yàn)證模型的有效性,本文對(duì)問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行了預(yù)測(cè)試,同時(shí)結(jié)合因子分析、相關(guān)分析以及回歸模型等方法對(duì)收集的正式樣本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。得到了以下結(jié)論：關(guān)系資本的五個(gè)構(gòu)成維度中,信息共享維度、聯(lián)接強(qiáng)度維度、信任維度以及專用資產(chǎn)投入維度對(duì)電能供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效有顯著影響,呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系,而組織適應(yīng)性維度對(duì)電能供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效的影響不顯著,沒(méi)有進(jìn)入到回歸模型中。在提出的六個(gè)假設(shè)中,中間四個(gè)得到了分析結(jié)果的支持,第一個(gè)假設(shè)和第六個(gè)假設(shè)沒(méi)有通過(guò)檢驗(yàn)。 結(jié)合實(shí)證研究得到的結(jié)果,文章提出了提高電能供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效的幾大措施,對(duì)提高當(dāng)下電能供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。最后,論文對(duì)研究結(jié)論進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并提出了未來(lái)對(duì)這一領(lǐng)域研究的建議和展望。
[Abstract]:Under the background of separating the main and auxiliary industries and breaking the monopoly, the electric power industry has formed a power supply chain composed of power generation, transmission and distribution, electricity consumption, electricity construction, design, scientific research and other main and auxiliary industries. Because of the short time of existence of the power supply chain, The reform of electric power system has not been deepened and the market competition is not enough. There is still much room to improve the performance of power supply chain. How to put forward a set of scientific measures to improve the performance of power supply chain effectively? It is one of the important topics to promote the development of electric power industry. From the angle of relational capital, this paper puts forward a set of measurement system of power industry relational capital and power supply chain performance based on summarizing the related theories of relational capital and power supply chain performance. This paper puts forward the hypothesis that relational capital has a significant impact on the performance of power supply chain, and makes and distributes a questionnaire to collect valid sample data. In order to verify the validity of the model, the questionnaire is used to predict and test the performance of the power supply chain, and a factor analysis is used to analyze the impact of relational capital on the performance of the power supply chain. Correlation analysis and regression model are used to study the formal sample data collected. The conclusions are as follows: among the five dimensions of relational capital, the dimension of information sharing, the dimension of connection intensity, and so on. The dimension of trust and investment of special assets have significant influence on the performance of power supply chain, and there is a positive correlation, while the dimension of organizational adaptability has no significant effect on the performance of power supply chain. Out of the six hypotheses presented, four of them are supported by the results of the analysis, the first and the sixth have not passed the test. Combined with the results of empirical research, this paper puts forward several measures to improve the performance of power supply chain, which has important practical significance to improve the performance of current power supply chain. Finally, the paper summarizes the conclusions of the research. Suggestions and prospects for future research in this field are put forward.
