【摘要】：供應(yīng)鏈成員企業(yè)在融資過程中存在資金約束，供應(yīng)鏈金融融資工具的出現(xiàn)為資金約束提供了解決方案。融資成本是企業(yè)融資決策考慮的關(guān)鍵因素，分析供應(yīng)鏈金融融資工具的成本構(gòu)建及其度量，可為供應(yīng)鏈管理決策提供依據(jù)。 基于供應(yīng)鏈金融提供的三種基本融資模式：預(yù)付賬款融資、存貨質(zhì)押融資以及應(yīng)收賬款質(zhì)押融資的特點(diǎn)及其前提條件，從信用成本、時(shí)間成本、資金成本三個(gè)方面考量三種融資工具的融資成本，以用資費(fèi)用和籌資費(fèi)用度量資金成本，以擔(dān)保代償成本替代度量信用成本度量，從供應(yīng)鏈金融工具使用的便利性角度度量時(shí)間成本。給出三種融資工具的成本度量模型，基于三種融資工具成本的對(duì)比分析，給出供應(yīng)鏈節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)融資決策的思路。
[Abstract]:Supply chain member enterprises have financial constraints in the process of financing. The emergence of supply chain financial financing tools provides a solution to the financial constraints. Financing cost is a key factor in financing decision-making. This paper analyzes the cost construction and its measurement of supply chain financial financing tools, which can provide the basis for supply chain management decision. Based on the three basic financing modes provided by supply chain finance: prepaid account financing, inventory pledge financing and receivables pledge financing, the characteristics and preconditions, from credit cost, time cost, credit cost, time cost, etc. The three aspects of capital cost consider the financing cost of the three financing instruments, measure the capital cost with the cost of capital and the cost of financing, and replace the cost of guarantee compensation with the measure of credit cost. This paper measures the time cost from the point of view of the convenience of the use of the financial instruments in the supply chain, and gives the cost measurement model of the three financing tools. Based on the comparative analysis of the cost of the three financing tools, the paper gives the thinking of the financing decision of the enterprises in the supply chain node.
