【摘要】:當(dāng)前,面對(duì)客戶對(duì)個(gè)性化的物流服務(wù)需求日益增長(zhǎng)的趨勢(shì),不少物流企業(yè)在為客戶提供大規(guī)模服務(wù)的同時(shí),開始探求滿足個(gè)性化服務(wù)需要,轉(zhuǎn)變物流服務(wù)模式,由大規(guī)模服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)向大規(guī)模定制物流服務(wù)。在大規(guī)模定制物流服務(wù)環(huán)境下,為了滿足客戶的個(gè)性化服務(wù)要求以及實(shí)現(xiàn)大規(guī)模服務(wù)能力,許多物流企業(yè)通過聯(lián)盟與整合,形成物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈。物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的良性運(yùn)行需要集成商確定合理的外包數(shù)量,即與提供商進(jìn)行很好的能力的配置與協(xié)調(diào)。隨著科技的發(fā)展和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日益激烈,客戶需求越來越呈現(xiàn)出不確定性,所以,集成商如何更好的配置與協(xié)調(diào)物流服務(wù)集成商能力變得至關(guān)重要。因此,本文以物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈為研究背景,探索在大規(guī)模定制環(huán)境下如何進(jìn)行物流服務(wù)集成商能力配置的問題,試圖探討訂單分配,能力設(shè)計(jì),契約選擇及能力調(diào)度案例研究,為物流企業(yè)在實(shí)際的物流實(shí)踐運(yùn)營(yíng)中制定科學(xué)的決策提供必要的理論參考依據(jù)。本文首先回顧和我們最相關(guān)的研究,包括大規(guī)模定制、供應(yīng)鏈能力配置、供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)以及物流服務(wù)供給和能力調(diào)度,為論文奠定一個(gè)理論基礎(chǔ)。接下來,針對(duì)大規(guī)模定制環(huán)境下的物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈服務(wù)能力配置問題,進(jìn)行了以下四方面的研究,分別是:(1)訂單分配問題。在集成商對(duì)客戶訂單需求進(jìn)行任務(wù)分配,提供商參與任務(wù)分配情況下,假設(shè)需求不確定,建立了物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈訂單分配模型,以提供商滿意度最大、集成商成本最小、客戶定制化程度最高為目標(biāo),以滿足需求量、Customer Order Postponement Decoupling Point(CODP)和訂單差異容忍系數(shù)為約束,建立了物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的多目標(biāo)訂單分配模型為供應(yīng)鏈主體合理進(jìn)行訂單分配提供理論依據(jù)。(2)集成商能力設(shè)計(jì)問題?紤]的能力不匹配所產(chǎn)生的懲罰成本,在此基礎(chǔ)上,考慮成本等目標(biāo),建立集成商訂購量決策模型,并分析不同類型決策變量對(duì)最優(yōu)決策產(chǎn)生的影響。(3)需求更新下的能力采購契約選擇問題。本文探索了在需求更新和大規(guī)模定制化服務(wù)環(huán)境下,回購契約在物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈能力采購中的使用條件。建立了有/無回購契約下的集成商利潤(rùn)模型,分別研究定制化成本系數(shù)、需求更新的程度、服務(wù)價(jià)格等因素對(duì)回購契約選擇的影響。(4)能力調(diào)度實(shí)證研究。首先大規(guī)模定制服務(wù)環(huán)境下的供需環(huán)境關(guān)鍵特性分析,找到了能力的需求分析與供給分析的基本框架,依據(jù)這個(gè)框架,我們選擇了來自中國(guó)的5個(gè)案例企業(yè)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,給出了八個(gè)研究假設(shè),利用這五個(gè)案例對(duì)這些假設(shè)進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn),得到了許多重要的結(jié)論。最后,本文給出了研究結(jié)論和未來展望。
[Abstract]:At present, faced with the increasing demand of customers for personalized logistics services, many logistics enterprises begin to explore the need to meet the needs of personalized services and change the logistics service mode while providing large-scale services to customers. In the mass customization logistics service environment, in order to meet the customer's individual service requirements and realize the mass service ability, many logistics enterprises through alliance and integration, Forming logistics service supply chain. The benign operation of logistics service supply chain requires the integrator to determine the reasonable outsourcing quantity, that is, to configure and coordinate well with the provider. With the development of science and technology and the increasingly fierce competition, Customer demand is becoming more and more uncertain, so how to better configure and coordinate the capability of logistics service integrator becomes very important. Therefore, this paper takes logistics service supply chain as the research background. This paper explores how to configure the capability of logistics service integrators in mass customization environment, and attempts to discuss the case study of order allocation, capability design, contract selection and capability scheduling. It provides the necessary theoretical reference for logistics enterprises to make scientific decisions in the actual logistics practice. Firstly, this paper reviews our most relevant research, including mass customization, supply chain capacity allocation, Supply chain coordination, logistics service supply and capability scheduling, which lay a theoretical foundation for the thesis. Then, the following four aspects of logistics service supply chain capacity allocation in mass customization environment are studied. When the integrator distributes the task to the customer order demand and the provider participates in the task assignment, assuming the demand is uncertain, the order distribution model of the logistics service supply chain is established, in which the supplier satisfaction is the greatest. The minimum cost of the integrator and the highest degree of customer customization are the objectives. The constraints are customer Order Postponement Decoupling Point CODPand order differential tolerance coefficient. In this paper, a multi-objective order allocation model of logistics service supply chain is established to provide the theoretical basis for the rational order allocation of the main body of the supply chain. (2) the capability design problem of the integrator is discussed, and the penalty cost caused by the mismatch of the capability is considered. Considering cost and other objectives, the decision model of order quantity of integrator is established. The influence of different types of decision variables on optimal decision making is also analyzed. The usage conditions of repurchase contract in logistics service supply chain capability procurement. The profit model of integrator with or without repurchase contract is established, and the customized cost coefficient and the degree of demand renewal are studied respectively. Empirical study on the influence of Service Price and other factors on Repo contract selection. Firstly, the key characteristics of supply and demand environment in mass customization service environment are analyzed, and the basic framework of capacity demand analysis and supply analysis is found. According to this framework, we choose five case enterprises from China. On this basis, we give eight research hypotheses, test these hypotheses with these five cases, and get many important conclusions. In this paper, the conclusion and future prospect are given.
