【摘要】：作為21世紀(jì)先進(jìn)的組織方式和管理技術(shù)，供應(yīng)鏈管理的關(guān)鍵是如何實(shí)現(xiàn)信息流、物流、資金流的有序銜接，其中資金流的協(xié)調(diào)是供應(yīng)鏈能夠循環(huán)維系的核心環(huán)節(jié)。供應(yīng)鏈金融以核心企業(yè)的融資能力和商業(yè)信用為依托，為供應(yīng)鏈節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)的營運(yùn)資本管理乃至整條供應(yīng)鏈的資金流協(xié)調(diào)提供了可行方案。供應(yīng)鏈金融具備典型的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)特征，參與主體在供應(yīng)鏈中基于共生關(guān)系原則進(jìn)行合作與協(xié)調(diào)。研究供應(yīng)鏈金融生態(tài)系統(tǒng)四元主體的協(xié)調(diào)度，既是供應(yīng)鏈管理理論研究的趨勢，，也是供應(yīng)鏈金融管理實(shí)務(wù)的需要。 基于生態(tài)學(xué)的原理和方法以及金融生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的研究成果，界定供應(yīng)鏈金融生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的四元參與主體：供應(yīng)鏈節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)、金融機(jī)構(gòu)、支持型機(jī)構(gòu)以及監(jiān)管部門，構(gòu)建四元主體的關(guān)系結(jié)構(gòu)模型，基于模型分析系統(tǒng)中各方的協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系。采用協(xié)調(diào)度模型，對某汽車類供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，考查系統(tǒng)參與主體的協(xié)調(diào)程度對供應(yīng)鏈金融生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的影響。研究結(jié)果表明：供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)顯著改善了供應(yīng)鏈中成員企業(yè)資金短缺的狀況，使核心企業(yè)與上下游成員企業(yè)的關(guān)系趨于穩(wěn)定，提高了供應(yīng)鏈的活力；供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)對于商業(yè)銀行提高利潤收入，創(chuàng)新業(yè)務(wù)形式發(fā)揮了重大作用；支持型機(jī)構(gòu)的輔助作用以及監(jiān)管部門的政策引導(dǎo)有助于供應(yīng)鏈金融生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，上述四元參與主體的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展對于實(shí)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈金融生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的整體功能發(fā)揮著關(guān)鍵作用。
[Abstract]:As the advanced organization and management technology in the 21st century, the key of supply chain management is how to realize the orderly connection of information flow, material flow and capital flow, among which the coordination of capital flow is the core link that supply chain can cycle and maintain. Supply chain finance is based on the financing ability and commercial credit of the core enterprises. It provides a feasible scheme for the working capital management of the supply chain node enterprises and the coordination of the whole supply chain capital flow. Supply chain finance has typical ecosystem characteristics and participants cooperate and coordinate in supply chain based on symbiotic relationship principle. To study the coordination degree of the quaternion of supply chain financial ecosystem is not only the trend of supply chain management theory, but also the need of supply chain financial management practice. Based on the principles and methods of ecology and the research results of the financial ecosystem, this paper defines the quaternary participants of the supply chain financial ecosystem: supply chain node enterprises, financial institutions, supporting institutions and regulatory authorities. The relationship structure model of quaternion is constructed, and the coordination relationship of all parties in the system is analyzed based on the model. By using the coordination degree model, this paper makes an empirical analysis on a certain automobile supply chain, and examines the influence of the coordination degree of the system participants on the supply chain financial ecosystem. The results show that the supply chain financial business can significantly improve the capital shortage of the member enterprises in the supply chain, stabilize the relationship between the core enterprises and the upstream and downstream member enterprises, and improve the vitality of the supply chain. The supply chain financial business plays an important role in increasing the profit income and innovating the business form of the commercial banks, and the auxiliary role of the supporting organizations and the policy guidance of the regulatory department contribute to the coordinated development of the supply chain financial ecosystem. The coordinated development of the quaternion participants plays a key role in realizing the overall function of the supply chain financial ecosystem.
