【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)生活水平提高，人們的物質(zhì)需求在逐步提高，蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展日益開(kāi)始受到關(guān)注和重視。作為人們?nèi)粘Ｏ�費(fèi)很重要的組成部分，蔬菜的安全和品質(zhì)關(guān)系著每一個(gè)人，然而農(nóng)藥高殘留、有害物質(zhì)含量超標(biāo)、食品造假等事件層出不窮，其引發(fā)的餐桌危險(xiǎn)和食品信任危機(jī)，讓居民在生活中憂心忡忡，一日三餐這件日常之事亦變成了頭痛之事。并且，現(xiàn)有的我國(guó)蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的流通現(xiàn)狀很難確保蔬菜能夠快速地從蔬菜生產(chǎn)地到達(dá)居民用戶(hù)，蔬菜的新鮮度等品質(zhì)因素也在流通過(guò)程中逐步流失；同時(shí)蔬菜的安全問(wèn)題基本實(shí)現(xiàn)不了全程追溯，這就意味著蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)難以同其他的一些食品產(chǎn)業(yè)一樣，實(shí)現(xiàn)明確的問(wèn)責(zé)制度，進(jìn)一步加深了蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的混亂。入口之食，不僅僅是滿足裹腹之欲的物事，還是人們處理一切事物、發(fā)揮行動(dòng)力的能量出處。因此，研究當(dāng)前我國(guó)蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的具體狀況和存在的問(wèn)題，利用現(xiàn)代手段、技術(shù)和方法，，特別是從現(xiàn)代物流的方面，來(lái)達(dá)到蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)化，解決困擾人們的蔬菜安全問(wèn)題，具有十分現(xiàn)實(shí)的意義和廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。 本文針對(duì)合肥市蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的具體環(huán)境，就現(xiàn)今的蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的流通現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析；在現(xiàn)代物流的概念、理論基礎(chǔ)上，以供應(yīng)量、運(yùn)輸費(fèi)用最省為目標(biāo)建立鮑摩——瓦爾夫的數(shù)學(xué)模型來(lái)進(jìn)行擬建物流配送中心的選址問(wèn)題的計(jì)算，以此在物流方面對(duì)蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行一定的優(yōu)化。同時(shí)，在結(jié)合現(xiàn)實(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)生活的情況下，運(yùn)用博弈論的有關(guān)手段初步研究了蔬菜流通模式改革的契機(jī)和供應(yīng)鏈管理環(huán)境下蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)各個(gè)流通節(jié)點(diǎn)的狀態(tài)變化。本文在處理原始調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)候秉持?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)的有效性和實(shí)際性，旨在以評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果對(duì)現(xiàn)有蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的物流優(yōu)化提出的對(duì)策和建議能夠和實(shí)際有效地結(jié)合，以期望能夠幫助現(xiàn)有蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的物流優(yōu)化提供思路和依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of our country's economic living standard, people's material demand is increasing step by step, and the development of vegetable industry has been paid more and more attention. As an important part of people's daily consumption, the safety and quality of vegetables are related to everyone. However, high pesticide residues, harmful substances in excess of the standard, food fraud and other incidents have occurred one after another. The dangers of the table and the crisis of food trust make residents worry about their lives, and the daily problem of three meals a day becomes a headache. Moreover, the current situation of vegetable industry circulation in our country is very difficult to ensure that vegetables can reach the residents quickly from the vegetable production area, and the quality factors such as the freshness of vegetables are gradually lost in the circulation process. At the same time, the safety of vegetables can not be traced back to the whole process, which means that vegetable industry is difficult to achieve a clear accountability system like some other food industries, further deepening the chaos of the vegetable industry. The food of entry is not only a matter of satisfying the desire of the belly, but also a source of energy for people to deal with everything and exert their action. Therefore, to study the current situation and existing problems of vegetable industry in China, to use modern means, techniques and methods, especially from the aspect of modern logistics, to achieve the optimization of vegetable industry, and to solve the problem of vegetable safety that puzzles people. It has very practical significance and broad application prospect. According to the specific environment of vegetable industry in Hefei, this paper analyzes the current circulation situation of vegetable industry in Hefei. On the basis of the concept and theory of modern logistics, based on supply, In order to optimize the vegetable industry, the mathematical model of Baumo-Walf is established to calculate the location of the proposed logistics distribution center. At the same time, combining with the real economic life, the paper studies the opportunity of the vegetable circulation mode reform and the state change of the vegetable industry circulation node under the environment of supply chain management by using the relevant means of game theory. Based on the validity and practicality of the original survey data, this paper aims to combine the countermeasures and suggestions on the logistics optimization of the existing vegetable industry with the evaluation results. In order to hope to help the existing vegetable industry logistics optimization to provide ideas and basis.
