基于空間連續(xù)需求的最大覆蓋模型在銀行業(yè)選址的應用

【摘要】:選址問題往往是一個企業(yè)的重要戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃之一,它關乎一個企業(yè)的生死存亡。隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的發(fā)展以及企業(yè)之間的競爭日趨激烈,使得選址問題越來越成為一個重要的命題,企業(yè)對其的關注度也越來越高。尤其是近年來物流及供應鏈管理的長足發(fā)展,選址問題已經(jīng)漸漸成為很多企業(yè)日常決策當中不可或缺的重要組成部分。 由于很多經(jīng)典最大覆蓋選址模型當中沒有完全充分的考慮到所在的區(qū)域空間的需求分布,以及部分覆蓋如何劃分等方面,本文在總結前人工作成果的基礎上,對原有的經(jīng)典最大覆蓋選址模型進行相應的改進,提出一種考慮空間內(nèi)需求連續(xù)分布的模型,將代表對足夠多次的部分覆蓋,進行部分考慮的一個參數(shù)引入其中,并對其進行空間分析和模型的仿真模擬運算。結果顯示,在不同的條件下新模型的結果都較舊的模型具有明顯的改進,仿真模擬的結果顯示經(jīng)過新模型優(yōu)化后,原有的情況得到了明顯的改善。將新模型應用到天津銀行的分行在天津市和平區(qū)選址分布的案例中,計算并與現(xiàn)在的情況作比較,,證明了對新模型的研究具有很好的理論和實用價值。 首先,論文闡述了研究的背景、研究的意義、內(nèi)容安排和創(chuàng)新之處。論文從銀行支行選址對一個銀行在當?shù)厥袌霭l(fā)展的重要性戰(zhàn)略意義說明其研究意義,再通過總結國內(nèi)外相關專家學者的工作成果以及對論文內(nèi)容的內(nèi)容安排陳述,最后指出本論文的創(chuàng)新點。 其次,論文詳細介紹了關于選址問題國內(nèi)外發(fā)展歷程。包括P-中位問題,P-中心問題,覆蓋問題等方面,并對最大覆蓋問題進行重點分析介紹。最后,對選址問題涉及的一些相關基礎知識進行了介紹。 第三,論文提出經(jīng)典最大覆蓋選址模型以及提出來的新的最大覆蓋選址模型,之后引入天津銀行在天津市和平區(qū)選址分布的案例,運用應用軟件分別通過兩個模型計算結果。 第四,通過數(shù)據(jù)的比較和分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)新模型的先進性和與現(xiàn)實情況的接近性。之后,通過新的模型對天津銀行支行分布提出兩個改進優(yōu)化方案。 最后,對全文的內(nèi)容及研究結論和創(chuàng)新點進行總結,并指出文章所涉及模型的不足和可改進指出,并對該領域的研究方向做一個展望。
[Abstract]:Location selection is often one of the important strategic plans of an enterprise, which is related to the life and death of an enterprise. With the development of economic globalization and the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises, the problem of location selection becomes more and more important, and enterprises pay more and more attention to it. Especially with the rapid development of logistics and supply chain management in recent years, location selection has gradually become an indispensable part of the daily decision-making of many enterprises. Because many classical maximum coverage location models do not fully consider the demand distribution of the region, and how to partition the partial coverage, this paper summarizes the previous work results. Based on the improvement of the classical maximum coverage location model, a new model considering the continuous distribution of spatial requirements is proposed, which introduces a parameter which is representative of partial coverage with sufficient number of times to be partially considered. Spatial analysis and simulation of the model are carried out. The results show that the results of the new model are obviously improved compared with the old model under different conditions. The simulation results show that after the new model is optimized, the original situation is obviously improved. The new model is applied to the case of the location distribution of the branch of Tianjin Bank in the Heping District of Tianjin. The calculation and comparison with the present situation prove that the study of the new model has good theoretical and practical value. First of all, the paper expounds the background, significance, content and innovation of the research. This paper explains the significance of the research from the importance of bank branch location to the development of a bank in the local market, and then summarizes the work results of relevant experts and scholars at home and abroad, as well as the content arrangement of the content of the paper. Finally, the innovation of this paper is pointed out. Secondly, the paper introduces the development of site selection at home and abroad in detail. It includes P- median problem, P- central problem, covering problem and so on. At last, some basic knowledge about site selection is introduced. Thirdly, the classical maximum coverage location model and the new maximum coverage location model are proposed. Then the case of Tianjin Bank's location distribution in Heping District of Tianjin is introduced, and the results are calculated by two models using the application software. Fourth, through the comparison and analysis of the data, we find that the new model is advanced and close to the reality. Then, through the new model, two improved optimization schemes are proposed for the branch distribution of Tianjin Bank. Finally, the paper summarizes the contents, conclusions and innovations of the paper, points out the shortcomings of the models involved in the paper and points out that they can be improved, and makes a prospect for the research direction in this field.
