【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和科技的進步,當(dāng)今世界企業(yè)間的競爭越來越趨向于供應(yīng)鏈間的競爭,供應(yīng)鏈效率問題也越來越成為企業(yè)界和眾多專家學(xué)者關(guān)注的重點問題。充分做好供應(yīng)鏈管理工作,提高供應(yīng)鏈效率,不僅有利于改善企業(yè)的財務(wù)狀況,優(yōu)化企業(yè)核心業(yè)務(wù)流程,提高創(chuàng)新能力,同時也有利于企業(yè)降低各項成本,從而提高企業(yè)在業(yè)界的競爭力以及顧客滿意度,擴大企業(yè)在國際國內(nèi)同行間的影響能力。 在金融危機余波的影響下,我國外貿(mào)企業(yè)的發(fā)展前景目前來看依然不容樂觀,尤其是專業(yè)外貿(mào)企業(yè),它們長久以來不穩(wěn)定的中間商地位越來越受到挑戰(zhàn)。為了能幫助外貿(mào)企業(yè)擺脫尷尬的中間商地位,將薄弱的比較優(yōu)勢轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槠髽I(yè)強有力的核心競爭力,本文以我國外貿(mào)企業(yè)為調(diào)查研究對象,采用問卷調(diào)查法收集有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),運用定性與定量相結(jié)合、規(guī)范分析與實證分析相結(jié)合的方法,從外貿(mào)企業(yè)特殊性的角度出發(fā),探討外貿(mào)企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈效率的影響因素,研究各影響因素不同維度對供應(yīng)鏈效率的影響程度。豐富了外貿(mào)企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈效率管理相關(guān)理論,也為外貿(mào)企業(yè)改進供應(yīng)鏈管理提供了指導(dǎo)性的建議,同時,也對其他類型的企業(yè)有一定的借鑒意義。 本文首先對國內(nèi)外供應(yīng)鏈及供應(yīng)鏈管理的相關(guān)理論進行了歸納和梳理,根據(jù)已有文獻,對研究所涉及的相關(guān)概念進行了界定,同時分析了外貿(mào)企業(yè)的特殊性。然后選取了供應(yīng)鏈合作伙伴關(guān)系、供應(yīng)鏈柔性能力和信息系統(tǒng)發(fā)展水平三個維度為研究對象,又將三個主要的維度細分,分別建立與外貿(mào)企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈的關(guān)系,得到理論模型和假設(shè),然后根據(jù)實際情況設(shè)計問卷,進行問卷調(diào)查獲取所需數(shù)據(jù)。使用數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析軟件SPSS21.0進行描述性統(tǒng)計分析、相關(guān)分析和信度檢驗等,利用AMOS17.0進行效度檢驗和結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型的測量。通過實證研究對模型進行檢驗和修正后,得到如下結(jié)論：供應(yīng)鏈合作伙伴關(guān)系、供應(yīng)鏈柔性能力、信息系統(tǒng)發(fā)展水平均對外貿(mào)企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈效率具有顯著的正向影響。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology, the competition among enterprises in the world tends to be more and more competitive in supply chain, and the efficiency of supply chain has become the focus of attention of enterprises and many experts and scholars. To do a good job of supply chain management and improve supply chain efficiency is not only conducive to improving the financial situation of the enterprise, optimizing the core business process of the enterprise, improving the innovation ability, but also conducive to reducing the cost of the enterprise. In order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the industry and customer satisfaction, expand the influence of international and domestic peers. Under the influence of the financial crisis, the development prospect of our country's foreign trade enterprises is still not optimistic, especially the professional foreign trade enterprises, whose status as middlemen has been more and more challenged for a long time. In order to help foreign trade enterprises get rid of the awkward status of middleman and turn weak comparative advantage into strong core competence of enterprises, this paper takes foreign trade enterprises of our country as the object of investigation and adopts questionnaire method to collect relevant data. By combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, normative analysis and empirical analysis, this paper discusses the influencing factors of supply chain efficiency of foreign trade enterprises from the perspective of the particularity of foreign trade enterprises. To study the influence of different factors on supply chain efficiency. It enriches the relevant theories of supply chain efficiency management of foreign trade enterprises, and also provides some guiding suggestions for foreign trade enterprises to improve supply chain management. At the same time, it has certain reference significance for other types of enterprises. This paper first summarizes and combs the relevant theories of supply chain and supply chain management at home and abroad, defines the relevant concepts involved in the research according to the existing literature, and analyzes the particularity of foreign trade enterprises. Then we select three dimensions of supply chain partnership, supply chain flexibility and information system development level as the research object, and then subdivide the three main dimensions to establish the relationship with the supply chain of foreign trade enterprises. The theoretical model and hypothesis are obtained, and then a questionnaire is designed according to the actual situation to obtain the required data. The descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and reliability test were carried out with the data statistical analysis software SPSS21.0, and the validity test and structural equation model measurement with AMOS17.0 were used. After the model is tested and modified by empirical research, the following conclusions are obtained: the supply chain partnership, supply chain flexibility, and the level of information system development have significant positive effects on the efficiency of foreign trade enterprises' supply chain.
