鎢產(chǎn)業(yè)綠色供應(yīng)鏈構(gòu)建與實(shí)施策略研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,資源問題和環(huán)境問題逐漸成為社會(huì)發(fā)展不可回避的巨大挑戰(zhàn)。當(dāng)前,一場以保護(hù)生態(tài)和高效利用資源為核心思想的綠色革命正在全世界范圍內(nèi)日益興起。隨著生態(tài)的惡化和全球環(huán)保行動(dòng)的開展,有色金屬產(chǎn)業(yè)亟需轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展思路,拋棄傳統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營模式,不僅要提升自身的綠色競爭力,還應(yīng)加強(qiáng)與供應(yīng)鏈上其它行為主體的合作,共同構(gòu)建資源節(jié)約型和環(huán)境友好型的綠色發(fā)展模式,不斷減少生態(tài)污染與破壞,提高企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的綠色度。鎢是未來全球競爭的戰(zhàn)略性資源,正廣泛用于經(jīng)濟(jì)和國防領(lǐng)域,是各國爭相關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。當(dāng)前,我國在鎢資源儲(chǔ)量、產(chǎn)量、進(jìn)出口量和消費(fèi)量等方面仍居全球第一位,實(shí)施綠色戰(zhàn)略有利于解決產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中的資源和生態(tài)問題。因此,本文基于可持續(xù)發(fā)展的基本思想,選擇鎢產(chǎn)業(yè)為研究對象,旨在以產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)相關(guān)利益者行為為研究視角,通過運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究、系統(tǒng)分析和案例分析等方法,力圖探索出一種“資源——產(chǎn)品——廢棄物——再生資源”的物質(zhì)反復(fù)循環(huán)流動(dòng)的綠色發(fā)展模式,從而為鎢產(chǎn)業(yè)的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展找到一條新途徑。通過全面分析與深入研究,本文認(rèn)為,鎢產(chǎn)業(yè)綠色供應(yīng)鏈的基本結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)包含了綠色生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)、綠色消費(fèi)系統(tǒng)、社會(huì)系統(tǒng)以及環(huán)境系統(tǒng)等四大模塊,且必須依賴技術(shù)、人才等各種社會(huì)基礎(chǔ)元素的有力支撐;鎢產(chǎn)業(yè)綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理實(shí)施既要關(guān)注源頭,也要重視綠色回收商的價(jià)值;鎢產(chǎn)業(yè)構(gòu)建與實(shí)施綠色供應(yīng)鏈有利于相關(guān)企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)與環(huán)境利益的高度統(tǒng)一,促使其走上可持續(xù)發(fā)展的道路。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the 21st century, the problems of resources and environment have gradually become a great challenge to social development. At present, a green revolution with the core of protecting ecology and utilizing resources efficiently is rising day by day all over the world. With the deterioration of ecology and the development of global environmental protection action, the nonferrous metal industry urgently needs to change its development thinking, abandon the traditional production and management mode, and not only enhance its own green competitiveness, In addition, we should strengthen the cooperation with other actors in the supply chain, build a green development model of resource conservation and environmental friendliness, reduce the ecological pollution and destruction, and improve the green degree of enterprises' economic activities. Tungsten is a strategic resource for global competition in the future. It is widely used in the fields of economy and national defense. At present, China still ranks first in tungsten reserves, production, import and export volume and consumption. The implementation of green strategy is beneficial to solve the problems of resources and ecology in the process of industrial development. Therefore, based on the basic idea of sustainable development, this paper chooses tungsten industry as the research object, aiming at taking the behavior of relevant stakeholders in the industry as the research angle, using the methods of literature research, systematic analysis and case analysis, etc. This paper tries to explore a green development mode of "resource-product-waste-regenerative resource", in order to find a new way for the long term development of tungsten industry. Through comprehensive analysis and in-depth research, this paper holds that the basic structure of the green supply chain of tungsten industry should include four modules: green production system, green consumption system, social system and environmental system, and must rely on technology. It is necessary to pay attention to the source of the green supply chain management of tungsten industry as well as the value of the green recycler. The construction and implementation of green supply chain in tungsten industry is conducive to the realization of the economy of related enterprises. The high unity of social and environmental benefits urges them to embark on the road of sustainable development.
