【摘要】：在國(guó)家“走出去”戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施以來(lái),中國(guó)企業(yè)在國(guó)外直接投資發(fā)展迅速,越來(lái)越多中國(guó)企業(yè)謀求到海外發(fā)展尋找投資機(jī)會(huì)。中越兩國(guó)歷來(lái)是很友好和重要的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作伙伴,經(jīng)過(guò)多年的發(fā)展,隨著越南經(jīng)濟(jì)越來(lái)越發(fā)展,中國(guó)企業(yè)對(duì)越南直接投資呈上升態(tài)勢(shì)。 越南作為一個(gè)社會(huì)主義國(guó)家,在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式上緊跟中國(guó),積極推行對(duì)外開(kāi)放,營(yíng)造寬松的投資環(huán)境,吸引外商直接投資。1975年,改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),越南的經(jīng)濟(jì)快速增長(zhǎng),越南是近年來(lái)東盟國(guó)家中吸收外資的重要目的地。中國(guó)企業(yè)在“走出去”戰(zhàn)略的影響下,對(duì)越南投資也大幅增加。據(jù)越方統(tǒng)計(jì),2003年中國(guó)企業(yè)在越南直接投資61個(gè)項(xiàng)目,協(xié)議金額1.38億美元,到2010年中國(guó)在越南投資了84個(gè)項(xiàng)目,協(xié)議金額達(dá)到4億美元。中國(guó)在越南直接投資具有三個(gè)有利因素就是：天時(shí)、地利、人和。 中國(guó)企業(yè)在越南直接投資日益增加,但是遇到的問(wèn)題與挑戰(zhàn)也是不少；投資規(guī)模小,投資單一,投資實(shí)力弱,投資戰(zhàn)略不明確,投資前期可行性,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究不到位等等 本文擬就中國(guó)企業(yè)在越南直接投資發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀特征、對(duì)越南經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響和中國(guó)企業(yè)在越南投資面臨的問(wèn)題與困難以及越南擴(kuò)大利用外國(guó)投資政策與措施做些探討。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the national "going out" strategy, Chinese enterprises have developed rapidly in foreign direct investment, and more and more Chinese enterprises are seeking overseas development to seek investment opportunities. China and Vietnam have always been friendly and important economic and trade partners. After years of development, with the increasing development of the Vietnamese economy, Chinese enterprises' direct investment in Vietnam is on the rise. As a socialist country, Vietnam is closely following China in its economic development model, actively pursuing opening up to the outside world, creating a relaxed investment environment, and attracting foreign direct investment. In 1975, since the reform and opening up, Vietnam's economy has grown rapidly. Vietnam is an important destination for ASEAN countries to absorb foreign capital in recent years. Under the influence of "going out" strategy, Chinese enterprises also increased their investment in Vietnam. According to Vietnamese statistics, Chinese enterprises invested 61 projects in Vietnam in 2003 with an agreed amount of US $138 million. By 2010, China had invested 84 projects in Vietnam, with an agreed amount of US $400 million. China's direct investment in Vietnam has three favorable factors: timing, geographical location, people and. Chinese enterprises' direct investment in Vietnam is increasing day by day, but there are also many problems and challenges, such as small investment scale, single investment, weak investment strength, unclear investment strategy, feasibility of pre-investment, lack of research on risk management, and so on. This paper discusses the characteristics of the development of Chinese enterprises' direct investment in Vietnam, the impact on Vietnamese economic development, the problems and difficulties faced by Chinese enterprises in Vietnam's investment, and the policies and measures to expand the utilization of foreign investment in Vietnam.
