【摘要】：2007年1月,全國金融工作會議提出國家開發(fā)銀行率先進行商業(yè)化改革。2008年初,國家開發(fā)銀行改革方案正式獲國務(wù)院批準。2008年12月16日,國家開發(fā)銀行股份有限公司在北京止式成立,標(biāo)志著國家開發(fā)銀行商業(yè)化改革發(fā)展進入新階段。在這樣的背景下,國家開發(fā)銀行內(nèi)外部環(huán)境正悄然發(fā)生著巨大變化。 隨著國家開發(fā)銀行商業(yè)化改革的推進,國家開發(fā)銀行寧夏分行順應(yīng)國家發(fā)展,立足自治區(qū)重大客戶重點電力項目的建設(shè),對自治區(qū)新能源項目進行了有力的支持,貸款份額逐年增長。論文旨在以新能源行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、存在問題及外部環(huán)境變化的分析為切入點,結(jié)合項目貸款風(fēng)險評估等相關(guān)理論,通過對國家開發(fā)銀行寧夏分行新能源項目的貸款風(fēng)險分析,提出自己對新能源項目貸款的一些防范措施及建設(shè)性意見,以提高國家開發(fā)銀行寧夏分行的競爭力,更好的服務(wù)國家中長期發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和寧夏地區(qū)經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In January 2007, the National Conference on Financial work proposed that the China Development Bank take the lead in commercializing the reform. In early 2008, the National Development Bank reform program was formally approved by the State Council. On December 16, 2008, China Development Bank Co., Ltd. was established in Beijing, marking a new stage of commercial reform and development of China Development Bank. In this context, the internal and external environment of the China Development Bank is quietly changing. With the advancement of the commercial reform of the China Development Bank, the Ningxia Branch of the China Development Bank has been able to support the new energy projects of the autonomous region in line with the development of the country, based on the construction of key electric power projects for the major customers of the autonomous region. The share of loans has increased year by year. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the new energy industry, the existing problems and the changes of the external environment, the paper aims to analyze the loan risk of the new energy project of the Ningxia Branch of the China Development Bank by combining the relevant theories such as project loan risk assessment and so on. This paper puts forward some preventive measures and constructive suggestions on the loan of new energy projects in order to improve the competitiveness of Ningxia Branch of the National Development Bank and better serve the national medium- and long-term development strategy and the economic and social development of Ningxia region.
