電力行業(yè)優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)中的創(chuàng)新激勵(lì)機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:電力產(chǎn)業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中最重要的基礎(chǔ)能源產(chǎn)業(yè);是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的第一基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè);是關(guān)系國計(jì)民生的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè);是世界各國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中的優(yōu)先發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)。鑒于此,國家電網(wǎng)將電力行業(yè)優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)上升到文化建設(shè)的高度。樹立了以提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)為宗旨的管理理念。如何有效地完善電力行業(yè)激勵(lì)機(jī)制,激發(fā)員工的主動(dòng)性和創(chuàng)造性一直是學(xué)界廣泛研究和探討的重點(diǎn)。 論文首先對選題的研究背景和意義、內(nèi)容和框架結(jié)構(gòu)等做了簡介,對國內(nèi)外激勵(lì)機(jī)制的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了闡述,指出優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)激勵(lì)機(jī)制對電力行業(yè)的重要性;其次,對電力行業(yè)優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)的激勵(lì)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,找出了其中存在的主要問題,得出了薪酬激勵(lì)是電力行業(yè)優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)最主要的激勵(lì)手段,同時(shí)輔助以工作與發(fā)展激勵(lì)。最后,提出了電力行業(yè)優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)激勵(lì)機(jī)制完善的目的與要求、原則和基本思路:提高電力技術(shù)、制定科學(xué)合理的薪酬體系、工作與發(fā)展激勵(lì)、電力企業(yè)文化激勵(lì)、培訓(xùn)激勵(lì)和完善系統(tǒng)的激勵(lì)機(jī)制
[Abstract]:The electric power industry is the most important basic energy industry in the development of the national economy; it is the first basic industry of the national economy; it is the basic industry related to the national economy and the people's livelihood; and it is a priority industry in the economic development strategies of all countries in the world. The State Grid has raised the high quality service of the electric power industry to the height of cultural construction. It has established the management concept aiming at providing high quality service. How to improve the incentive mechanism of the electric power industry effectively, Stimulating the initiative and creativity of employees has been the focus of extensive research and discussion in academic circles. Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and significance, content and frame structure of the topic, expounds the relevant theories of incentive mechanism at home and abroad, and points out the importance of the incentive mechanism of high quality service to the electric power industry. This paper analyzes the current situation of incentive for high quality service in electric power industry, finds out the main problems existing in it, and concludes that salary incentive is the most important incentive means of high quality service in electric power industry, and at the same time, it helps to encourage work and development. Finally, The purpose, requirements, principles and basic ideas of improving the incentive mechanism of high quality service in electric power industry are put forward: to improve power technology, to formulate a scientific and reasonable salary system, to encourage work and development, and to stimulate the culture of electric power enterprises.
