【摘要】：SAP的財務(wù)管理與控制子系統(tǒng)為眾多企業(yè)提供行業(yè)內(nèi)財務(wù)管理的最佳解決方案。它作為SAP中的核心,與物流后勤模塊高度集成,使得企業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)中財務(wù)管理能真正和后勤業(yè)務(wù)管理緊密聯(lián)系在一起。本文的研究對象,日本汽車馬達公司(簡稱NAMS公司)隸屬于日本電產(chǎn)集團(簡稱NIDEC集團),是一家生產(chǎn)包括各類大小型馬達電機產(chǎn)品的大型制造商。該集團先后在部分子公司成功實施了SAP系統(tǒng)�，F(xiàn)正準(zhǔn)備為NAMS公司實施SAP系統(tǒng)。隨著業(yè)務(wù)量的增加,NAMS公司財務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的問題日漸突出。首先,目前該公司的財務(wù)管理和物流后勤是兩套獨立運行的系統(tǒng),導(dǎo)致企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)管理沒有很好地達到集成和信息共享。第二,信息系統(tǒng)中各模塊的主數(shù)據(jù)管理不夠規(guī)范,財務(wù)與物流后勤常出現(xiàn)責(zé)任不清的問題。第三,現(xiàn)有的財務(wù)系統(tǒng)對產(chǎn)品成本核算欠科學(xué),很難提供詳細準(zhǔn)確的成本分解和差異分析結(jié)果。最后,為了讓總部集團能更好地掌控分公司的財務(wù)和業(yè)務(wù)狀況,必須與總部使用統(tǒng)一集成的SAP系統(tǒng)。本文基于SAP的財務(wù)管理子系統(tǒng)及其理論基礎(chǔ),通過分析NAMS公司原財務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)問題和業(yè)務(wù)需求,提出實施SAP財務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計。本文研究的內(nèi)容首先包括,優(yōu)化財務(wù)固定資產(chǎn)模塊中幾個影響主數(shù)據(jù)維護的規(guī)范性及成本核算準(zhǔn)確性的流程,以及設(shè)計在優(yōu)化的流程中涉及的固定資產(chǎn)報表;并給出資產(chǎn)類科目的合理配置。其次,就該公司的財務(wù)與后勤的采購銷售模塊集成的幾個特殊業(yè)務(wù)需求,由于集團原有的設(shè)計并不適用,本文提出了優(yōu)化的流程設(shè)計。再次,針對成本核算和差異分析的不準(zhǔn)確問題,本文分析了其原因和建議啟用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)成本估算功能;并結(jié)合這提出適用于NAMS公司的從月初到月結(jié)成本核算過程和差異分析的詳細優(yōu)化流程和費用分?jǐn)偟膬?yōu)化設(shè)計。最后,本文分析了NAMS公司和后續(xù)子公司都面臨上線后財務(wù)憑證數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)入的數(shù)據(jù)量大和程序性能差的問題,比較和運用了SAP數(shù)據(jù)上傳的幾種技術(shù)的利弊和算法理論,設(shè)計出財務(wù)憑證數(shù)據(jù)的轉(zhuǎn)換和上傳的定制化程序。針對以上的優(yōu)化設(shè)計,闡述了關(guān)鍵的系統(tǒng)配置點和定制化程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)的過程。最后,測試證明系統(tǒng)的功能能夠滿足用戶的需求并使實施項目組更有效地完成數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)入的工作。通過實施SAP的財務(wù)系統(tǒng),幫助NAMS公司建立一套財務(wù)和后勤高度集成的信息系統(tǒng),梳理業(yè)務(wù)流程。實現(xiàn)企業(yè)的信息化管理,使其管理更加規(guī)范,權(quán)責(zé)更加清晰。
[Abstract]:The financial management and control subsystem of SAP provides the best solution for many enterprises. As the core of SAP, it is highly integrated with logistics module, which makes the financial management in the enterprise information management system really closely related to the logistics business management. The research object of this paper, Japan Automotive Motor Company (NAMS Company) belongs to Japan Electric Group (NIDEC Group), is a large manufacturer of motor products, including all kinds of large and small motors. The group has successfully implemented the SAP system in some subsidiaries. We are now preparing to implement the SAP system for NAMS Company. With the increase of business volume, the problems of NAMS financial management system become more and more prominent. Firstly, at present, the financial management and logistics of the company are two sets of independent operating systems, resulting in the enterprise information system management is not well integrated and information sharing. Secondly, the master data management of each module in information system is not standardized, and the responsibility of finance and logistics is often unclear. Thirdly, the existing financial system is not scientific in product cost accounting, so it is difficult to provide detailed and accurate results of cost decomposition and variance analysis. Finally, in order for the headquarters group to have better control over the branch's financial and business situation, a unified and integrated SAP system must be used with headquarters. Based on the financial management subsystem of SAP and its theoretical basis, this paper puts forward the optimal design of NAMS financial management system by analyzing the system problems and business requirements of the original financial management system of NAMS Company. The content of this paper includes, firstly, optimizing the flow of the standardization and cost accounting accuracy of the main data maintenance in the financial fixed assets module, and designing the fixed assets report in the optimized process; The rational allocation of the asset category accounts is also given. Secondly, for several special business requirements of the integration of finance and logistics purchasing and sales modules, because the original design of the group is not applicable, this paper puts forward the optimized process design. Thirdly, aiming at the inaccuracy of cost accounting and variance analysis, this paper analyzes the reasons and suggests to use standard cost estimation function. Combined with this, the detailed optimization process and cost allocation optimization design for NAMS company from the beginning of the month to the monthly cost accounting process and variance analysis are put forward. Finally, this paper analyzes the problems of large amount of data and poor program performance of financial voucher data imported by NAMS Company and its subsequent subsidiaries, and compares and applies the advantages and disadvantages of several techniques of SAP data upload and the theory of algorithm. Design the financial certificate data conversion and upload customized procedures. In view of the above optimization design, the key system configuration points and the realization process of the customized program are described. Finally, the function of the system is proved to be able to meet the needs of users and enable the implementation team to complete the data import more effectively. Through the implementation of SAP financial system, help NAMS to establish a highly integrated financial and logistics information system, combing business processes. Realize the information management of the enterprise, make its management more standardized, power and responsibility more clear.
