【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)速發(fā)展,銀行面臨著很多的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),同時(shí),對(duì)于銀行審計(jì)的工作的管理愈來(lái)愈顯得緊迫,銀行審計(jì)的工作只有借助與現(xiàn)有的計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)進(jìn)行管理才能改變以往低下的工作效率以及建立一套健全的管理模式,對(duì)現(xiàn)有的審計(jì)模式從根本上進(jìn)行解決。本文在對(duì)大量的文獻(xiàn)資料進(jìn)行閱讀后,進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)背景、目的、意義的描述,再根據(jù)現(xiàn)有的業(yè)務(wù)工作進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的需求分析,同時(shí),采用統(tǒng)一建模語(yǔ)言的用例圖對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行靜態(tài)建模,采用活動(dòng)圖和狀態(tài)圖以及時(shí)序圖進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)分析,再對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的客戶(hù)項(xiàng)目管理模塊、文檔管理模塊,審計(jì)管理模塊,用戶(hù)登錄模塊,用戶(hù)管理模塊等五個(gè)模塊進(jìn)行功能分析,利用實(shí)體關(guān)系圖對(duì)系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)關(guān)系進(jìn)行建模,保證系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)流向的正確性,最后是對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行測(cè)試,主要是進(jìn)行黑盒測(cè)試,設(shè)計(jì)部分測(cè)試用例對(duì)系統(tǒng)相關(guān)模塊進(jìn)行功能測(cè)試。系統(tǒng)進(jìn)過(guò)測(cè)試后進(jìn)行運(yùn)行,目前工作狀態(tài)基本穩(wěn)定,滿(mǎn)足了當(dāng)前的工作需求,也減輕了審計(jì)工作的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,使得工作效率也大大提升,在現(xiàn)在的使用當(dāng)中,沒(méi)有對(duì)相應(yīng)的功能進(jìn)行修改,基本滿(mǎn)足審計(jì)系統(tǒng)的工作需求,為今后相關(guān)的審計(jì)工作電子信息化改革提供一個(gè)參考依據(jù)和實(shí)際意義。
[Abstract]:With the steady development of Chinese economy, banks are facing many opportunities and challenges. At the same time, the management of bank audit is becoming more and more urgent. Only with the help of the existing computer technology can the bank audit work change the low working efficiency and establish a set of sound management mode. After reading a lot of literature, this paper describes the background, purpose and significance of the system, and then analyzes the needs of the system according to the existing business work. At the same time, the use case diagram of the unified modeling language is used to model the system statically, the activity diagram, the state diagram and the timing diagram are used for dynamic analysis, and then the system is analyzed in detail, and the customer project management module of the system is analyzed. Document management module, audit management module, user login module, user management module and other five modules for functional analysis, using entity relationship diagram to model the database relationship of the system. To ensure the correctness of the system data flow, the last is to test the system, mainly for the black box test, design part of the test cases to test the function of the system related modules. After the system has been tested to run. The current work status is basically stable, to meet the current work needs, but also to reduce the intensity of the audit work, so that the work efficiency is greatly improved, in the current use, there is no modification of the corresponding functions. It basically meets the needs of the audit system and provides a reference and practical significance for the related electronic information reform of audit work in the future.
