【摘要】：論文介紹了晉江市經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易局中小企業(yè)縣級政策補助項目管理系統(tǒng)的研究背景,現(xiàn)今政府工作處于計算機與人工審核的磨合期,主要仍然以人工審核為主,晉江市經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易局中小企業(yè)縣級政策補助項目管理系統(tǒng)的研究目的就是為開展計算機審核項目而設計的系統(tǒng)。論文采用軟件工程的原理和方法,在業(yè)務分析中,利用活動圖介紹了原有人工審核項目的業(yè)務流程；并利用活動圖對原有業(yè)務流程進行優(yōu)化,分析了系統(tǒng)的各項業(yè)務活動過程。在功能分析中用例分析和用例描述,明確了系統(tǒng)的功能,采用用例圖對系統(tǒng)的各項業(yè)務進行了用例描述,并用表格來描述每一個用例,詳細介紹每一個用例的活動過程；采用包圖對各項業(yè)務進行了數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)包之間關(guān)系表述,給出了系統(tǒng)的總體功能包圖和子功能包圖,包括項目申報等子包圖。在數(shù)據(jù)分析中,對系統(tǒng)各功能的所需要處理的數(shù)據(jù)進行了分析,分別羅列出了各項業(yè)務的界面類、控制類和實體類,并給出了界面類、控制類、實體類的關(guān)系圖,分別詳細列表描述了各個實體類。論文最后對所做的研究與分析工作進行了總結(jié),并對進一步的工作進行了展望。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the background of the research on the county-level policy subsidy project management system of small and medium-sized enterprises in Jinjiang Economic and Trade Bureau. Nowadays, the government work is in the running-in period of computer and manual audit, which is still dominated by manual audit. The purpose of the project management system of small and medium-sized enterprises in Jinjiang Economic and Trade Bureau is to design a system for computer audit projects. This paper adopts the principle and method of software engineering in business analysis. The business process of the original manual audit project is introduced by using the activity diagram. And using the activity diagram to optimize the original business process, analyze the business activities of the system. In the function analysis, use case analysis and use case description, the function of the system is clarified. Use case diagram is used to describe each service of the system, and each use case is described by tables, and the activity process of each use case is introduced in detail. The relationship between data structure and package is described by package diagram, and the overall function package diagram and sub-function package diagram of the system are given, including the equal sub-package diagram of project declaration. In the data analysis, the whole function package diagram and the sub-function package diagram of the system are given. The data of each function of the system are analyzed, and the interface class, control class and entity class of each business are listed respectively, and the relation diagram of interface class, control class and entity class is given. Each entity class is described in detail. Finally, the research and analysis work is summarized, and the further work is prospected.
