航天企業(yè)A單位MES系統(tǒng)項目管理研究

【摘要】:以航天產(chǎn)品為代表的復雜產(chǎn)品行業(yè)已經(jīng)成為當今世界發(fā)展最快的尖端產(chǎn)業(yè)也是國家國際威望的象征。目前我國的航天科技工業(yè)正處于歷史上任務多、發(fā)展快、競爭趨于激烈的重大戰(zhàn)略機遇期。因此,如何提升航天企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)能力和效率,提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,是目前我國航天產(chǎn)品制造企業(yè)所面臨的關(guān)鍵問題。作為企業(yè)科研管理部門與生產(chǎn)車間之間的橋梁的“車間制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)”開發(fā)設計新的車間生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng),已經(jīng)應用在很多的實際生產(chǎn)管理中,基于制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)MES的生產(chǎn)管理平臺能有效的解決航天生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的上述問題。 本文在綜述了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,對A單位生產(chǎn)流程缺少全程有效把控;物料準備和生產(chǎn)管理的關(guān)聯(lián)不密切;計劃指導性不強,生產(chǎn)不精細;信息化技術(shù)手段尚未廣泛的、深入地運用的車間生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié);存在一定的信息化的孤島,信息資源沒有做到有效的共享;科研生產(chǎn)過程跟蹤、監(jiān)控手段相對落后;生產(chǎn)信息反饋、決策的及時性有待提高等問題進行了研究。首先,分析了A單位產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過程的特點及生產(chǎn)管理過程中存在的問題,包括航天企業(yè)A單位生產(chǎn)管理流程問題、生產(chǎn)管理瓶頸問題,建立以生產(chǎn)準備為中心,在各個裝配生產(chǎn)單元實施生產(chǎn)作業(yè)的生產(chǎn)組織模式。通過組織結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,加強生產(chǎn)過程控制,提高生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量,加快產(chǎn)品流轉(zhuǎn),提高產(chǎn)品制造能力。建立并完善工藝標準體系和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新機制,加強工藝水平研發(fā)使得工藝水平得到提高,并為生產(chǎn)構(gòu)建良好的技術(shù)平臺。再基于MES的理論并依照航天企業(yè)A單位的特點搭建了特制的生產(chǎn)管理平臺,闡述了MES在航天企業(yè)A單位中具體的應用情況,最后分析了MES項目實施管理的風險與控制。 本論文研究對于航天企業(yè)A單位來說,通過實施MES系統(tǒng),提高了企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理的效率和反應能力,提高了產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量,提高了物料管理水平,縮短了產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)周期,達到生產(chǎn)管理的透明化和無紙化,同時為“多品種、小批量”特點的航天產(chǎn)品總裝生產(chǎn)提供了數(shù)字化建設的參考,為提高企業(yè)在產(chǎn)品開發(fā)研制方面的快速應變能力,適應激烈的市場競爭和不同的用戶需求,,為新型號的研制生產(chǎn)奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The complex product industry, represented by aerospace products, has become the world's fastest growing cutting-edge industry and a symbol of national and international prestige. At present, China's aerospace science and technology industry is in the history of many tasks, rapid development. Competition tends to be a major strategic opportunity period. Therefore, how to improve the production capacity and efficiency of aerospace enterprises and improve product quality. As a bridge between scientific research management department and production workshop, a new workshop production management system is developed and designed. It has been applied to many practical production management. The production management platform based on manufacturing execution system (MES) can effectively solve the above problems of aerospace production enterprises. Based on the review of domestic and foreign literatures, the production process of unit A is lack of effective control throughout the whole process. The relationship between material preparation and production management is not close; The plan guidance is not strong, the production is not precise; Information technology means have not been widely used in the workshop production links; There is a certain island of information, and the information resources are not shared effectively; Scientific research and production process tracking, monitoring means are relatively backward; Production information feedback, the timeliness of decision-making needs to be improved and other issues are studied. Firstly, the characteristics of production process of unit A and the problems existing in production management process are analyzed. It includes the production management process of unit A in aerospace enterprises, the bottleneck of production management, and the establishment of production preparation as the center. Implement the production organization mode of production in each assembly production unit. Through the adjustment of organization structure, strengthen the control of production process, improve the quality of production, and speed up the product flow. Improve the manufacturing capability, establish and improve the process standard system and technological innovation mechanism, strengthen the research and development of the process level to improve the process level. And build a good technology platform for production. Then based on the theory of MES and according to the characteristics of Aerospace Enterprise A unit to build a special production management platform. This paper expounds the application of MES in unit A of spaceflight enterprise, and finally analyzes the risk and control of implementing management of MES project. In this paper, for Aerospace Enterprise A unit, through the implementation of MES system, improve the efficiency of enterprise production management and response ability, improve the quality of products, improve the level of material management. It shortens the production cycle, achieves the transparent and paperless production management, and provides a digital reference for the assembly production of aerospace products with the characteristics of "multi-variety, small batch". In order to improve the rapid response ability of the enterprise in product development and development, adapt to the fierce market competition and different user needs, and lay a foundation for the development and production of the new model.
