【摘要】:國(guó)內(nèi)大型化工裝置想要提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,就必須提高其整體水平和降低其成本,那么就需要高質(zhì)量的設(shè)計(jì)、高水平的設(shè)計(jì)管理。工程設(shè)計(jì)階段是工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目重要階段之一,影響著工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目總進(jìn)度。工程設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)度管理水平的高低,管理效果的好壞直接影響工程設(shè)計(jì)單位的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和聲譽(yù),同時(shí)也極大影響著工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目能否按期投產(chǎn)和實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)期的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。因此,研究大型化工設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)度管理具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,需要利用科學(xué)的項(xiàng)目管理理論和方法,分析影響設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)度的因素及成因,采取行之有效的管理方法,力爭(zhēng)使工程設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)度在可控期間內(nèi)順利實(shí)施。本文利用魚(yú)骨圖法通過(guò)頭腦風(fēng)暴找出影響工程設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)度的各種相關(guān)因素,本文嘗試采用此方法,以工程進(jìn)度拖期作為工程設(shè)計(jì)一種“質(zhì)量”缺陷,從人、機(jī)、料、法、環(huán)五個(gè)方面分析,影響工程設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)度的各種原因,并直觀表示其相對(duì)關(guān)系,共找出21條原因,通過(guò)實(shí)踐檢查及總結(jié)分析,從中找出設(shè)計(jì)人員專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)弱、缺少設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)度管理流程等9條要因。在上述分析的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理的相關(guān)理論和方法,建立了工程設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)度計(jì)劃管理程序流程等一系列措施,并應(yīng)用在某聚乙烯項(xiàng)目中實(shí)施。最終,該目工程設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)度得到了有效管理,保證工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目如期完工,實(shí)現(xiàn)建設(shè)單位和設(shè)計(jì)單位預(yù)期的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益及社會(huì)效益。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the competitiveness of domestic large-scale chemical plants, it is necessary to improve its overall level and reduce its cost, so high-quality design is needed. High level design management. The engineering design stage is one of the important stages of the engineering construction project, which affects the total progress of the engineering construction project and the level of the engineering design schedule management. The management effect directly affects the economic benefit and reputation of the engineering design unit, but also greatly affects whether the project can be put into production on schedule and realize the expected economic benefits. It is of great practical significance to study the progress management of large-scale chemical engineering design. It is necessary to use scientific project management theories and methods to analyze the factors and causes that affect the design progress and to adopt effective management methods. In this paper, we use the fish bone diagram method to find out the relevant factors that affect the progress of the project design by brainstorming, this paper tries to use this method. Taking the delay period of project progress as a kind of "quality" defect of engineering design, this paper analyzes the factors influencing the progress of engineering design from five aspects: person, machine, material, method and ring, and expresses its relative relation intuitively. A total of 21 reasons, through practical inspection and summary analysis, to find out that the designer professional knowledge is weak, the lack of design schedule management process and other 9 reasons. On the basis of the above analysis. Using the relevant theory and method of project management, a series of measures, such as engineering design schedule management program flow, are established, and applied in a polyethylene project. Finally. The design progress of the project has been managed effectively to ensure the completion of the project on schedule and to realize the expected economic and social benefits of the construction unit and the design unit.
