【摘要】：研究目的:建筑業(yè)面臨復(fù)雜多變的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,要求施工管理理論、管理方法和管理手段不斷創(chuàng)新。本文基于CAS理論適應(yīng)性核心思想,綜合現(xiàn)有研究成果,提出精益建設(shè)理論模型,力圖為提高建筑業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率、運(yùn)營(yíng)質(zhì)量提供理論依據(jù)和智力支持。研究結(jié)論:(1)遵循項(xiàng)目生命周期,施工管理各階段都應(yīng)適時(shí)采用精益管理經(jīng)典技術(shù);(2)堅(jiān)持可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念,精益建設(shè)將建筑項(xiàng)目對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和環(huán)境負(fù)面影響降到最小;(3)汲取系統(tǒng)科學(xué)的開(kāi)放系統(tǒng)和反饋思想,將環(huán)境信息和生產(chǎn)要素經(jīng)系統(tǒng)轉(zhuǎn)換、反饋和持續(xù)改進(jìn),實(shí)現(xiàn)7個(gè)"零"極限目標(biāo);(4)精益建設(shè)模型重構(gòu)了具有適應(yīng)性的精益建設(shè)復(fù)雜系統(tǒng),從戰(zhàn)略高度指導(dǎo)建筑項(xiàng)目實(shí)施精益管理;(5)本研究成果對(duì)建筑企業(yè)提高項(xiàng)目管理效益具有理論指導(dǎo)和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Research objective: construction industry is faced with complex internal and external environment, which requires continuous innovation of construction management theory, management methods and management methods. Based on the core idea of adaptability of CAS theory, this paper synthesizes the existing research results. A theoretical model of lean construction is proposed to provide theoretical basis and intellectual support for improving the production efficiency and operation quality of the construction industry. Conclusion: 1) follow the project life cycle. The classical technology of lean management should be adopted in every stage of construction management. (2) adhere to the concept of sustainable development and lean construction to minimize the negative economic, social and environmental impacts of construction projects; (3) absorbing the open system and feedback ideas of system science, transforming environmental information and production factors through systematic transformation, feedback and continuous improvement, and realizing seven "zero" limit goals; The lean construction model reconstructs the adaptive lean construction complex system and guides the construction project to implement lean management from the strategic height. The research results have theoretical guidance and reference significance for construction enterprises to improve the efficiency of project management.
