東軟NDS軟件項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與控制研究

【摘要】:隨著軟件行業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、開放化、全球化的發(fā)展,軟件行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈。就軟件外包行業(yè)而言,市場(chǎng)參與者眾多,在人力成本升高和盈利空間下降的大趨勢(shì)下,如何保持企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和持續(xù)發(fā)展、如何規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并提高軟件研發(fā)的成功率、如何降低成本提高資源利用率,是每個(gè)軟件企業(yè)都要面臨的問(wèn)題,而這些都離不開項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃和控制。如果說(shuō)計(jì)劃是項(xiàng)目各個(gè)階段的目標(biāo)以及達(dá)到這些目標(biāo)所需要的各種資源的設(shè)想,那么控制就是有效組織和協(xié)調(diào)各種資源,且綜合考慮時(shí)間、成本、質(zhì)量以及項(xiàng)目在主客觀條件下的變化,使各個(gè)階段執(zhí)行的結(jié)果不超過(guò)允許偏差的具體落實(shí)。古人說(shuō)的好,"凡事豫則立,不豫則廢",計(jì)劃是管理的前提和基礎(chǔ),好的計(jì)劃為控制提供了操作的方向和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),沒(méi)有計(jì)劃,控制就是無(wú)的放矢、浪費(fèi)資源。一個(gè)好的計(jì)劃就是項(xiàng)目成功的一半,但如果得不到有效的控制,成功了一半仍然是失敗,可見計(jì)劃與控制相互制約又相輔相成,F(xiàn)代的軟件開發(fā)可謂是三分技術(shù)、七分管理,常說(shuō)項(xiàng)目管理就是制定計(jì)劃,執(zhí)行計(jì)劃,監(jiān)控計(jì)劃的過(guò)程,雖然不做計(jì)劃就不用成天煎熬的監(jiān)控計(jì)劃的執(zhí)行情況,但是會(huì)讓你直面項(xiàng)目失敗帶來(lái)的后果,由此可見計(jì)劃與控制是多么的重要。本文通過(guò)NDS軟件項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與控制的研究,提高計(jì)劃與控制的理解和實(shí)際操作能力,且運(yùn)用理論知識(shí)和方法解決項(xiàng)目實(shí)際問(wèn)題。通過(guò)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施,在項(xiàng)目管理的理論知識(shí)和方法中找到符合項(xiàng)目特色的有效管理方式,并提煉各種項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃制定的方法、依據(jù)和策略,收集影響進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與控制的各種因素。通過(guò)本項(xiàng)目的研究與實(shí)施,希望能最大限度的控制成本,使項(xiàng)目能順利實(shí)施與驗(yàn)收;為類似軟件項(xiàng)目提供項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與控制的參考和依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the development of network, openness and globalization of software industry, the competition of software industry is increasingly fierce. As far as software outsourcing industry is concerned, there are many participants in the market, under the trend of rising human costs and declining profit space. How to maintain the core competitiveness and sustainable development of enterprises, how to avoid risks and improve the success rate of software development, how to reduce costs and improve the utilization of resources, is the problem that every software enterprise has to face. If planning is the goal of each stage of the project and all kinds of resources needed to achieve these goals, then control is to organize and coordinate all kinds of resources effectively. Considering the changes of time, cost, quality and project under subjective and objective conditions, the implementation results of each stage do not exceed the concrete implementation of allowable deviations. Planning is the premise and foundation of management. Good planning provides operational direction and standard for control. Without a plan, control is a waste of resources. A good plan is half the success of the project. However, without effective control, half of the success is still a failure, it can be seen that planning and control mutually restrict and complement each other. Modern software development can be described as three-point technology, seven points of management. It is often said that project management is the process of making a plan, executing a plan, and monitoring the plan. Although you don't have to plan to monitor the implementation of the plan all day long, it will allow you to face the consequences of the failure of the project. It shows how important planning and control is. Through the research of NDS software project schedule planning and control, this paper improves the understanding and practical operation ability of planning and control. And the use of theoretical knowledge and methods to solve practical problems of the project. Through the implementation of the project, in the project management theory knowledge and methods to find out the characteristics of the effective management of the project. And refine the methods, basis and strategy of various project schedule formulation, collect the various factors that affect the progress plan and control. Through the research and implementation of this project, we hope to control the cost to the maximum extent. Enable the project to be implemented and accepted smoothly; Provide reference and basis for project schedule and control for similar software projects.
