【摘要】：在北京緊鑼密鼓籌辦奧運(yùn)會(huì)和體育部門(mén)全力以赴準(zhǔn)備參加2008年奧運(yùn)會(huì)的時(shí)候,未雨綢繆地思考中國(guó)體育體制面臨的轉(zhuǎn)型問(wèn)題很有必要。研究表明,奧運(yùn)會(huì)賽場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)是非充分、不完全、未對(duì)等的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。高度重視運(yùn)動(dòng)員成績(jī)的成本核算與報(bào)酬問(wèn)題、保護(hù)職業(yè)體育市場(chǎng)中民間投資者的熱情、給予高校高水平運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)(員)足夠的發(fā)展空間有助于夯實(shí)中國(guó)競(jìng)技體育的基礎(chǔ)。各級(jí)政府保障對(duì)群眾體育的經(jīng)費(fèi)投入,運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目管理中心和協(xié)會(huì)騰出精力關(guān)照群眾體育,職業(yè)體育俱樂(lè)部建立和健全運(yùn)行機(jī)制是構(gòu)建中國(guó)體育大廈的重要舉措。取消全運(yùn)會(huì)閉幕式上的金牌、總分公布與排名儀式、大力強(qiáng)化單項(xiàng)錦標(biāo)賽的地位、扶持高校探索競(jìng)技體育發(fā)展模式、完善職業(yè)體育俱樂(lè)部的管理體制等
[Abstract]:While Beijing is intensively preparing for the Olympic Games and the sports department is going all out to prepare for the 2008 Olympics, it is necessary to think ahead of time about the transformation of China's sports system. Research shows that the competition in the Olympic arena is inadequate. Incomplete, unequal competition. Attach great importance to the cost accounting and compensation of athletes' performance, protect the enthusiasm of private investors in the professional sports market, Giving sufficient space for the development of high-level sports teams (personnel) in colleges and universities will help to consolidate the foundation of Chinese competitive sports. Governments at all levels will ensure the investment of funds for mass sports, and sports project management centers and associations will free up energy to take care of mass sports. Establishing and perfecting the operating mechanism of professional sports clubs is an important measure to build China's sports edifice. To cancel the gold medals at the closing ceremony of the National Games, to announce the total points and rank them, and to vigorously strengthen the status of the individual championships. Support colleges and universities to explore the development model of competitive sports, improve the management system of professional sports clubs, etc.
