基于Web的廚柜產(chǎn)品交互式定制系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和消費(fèi)群體的變化,探索一種符合當(dāng)代經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的廚柜定制模式已成為行業(yè)發(fā)展的必然需求。本文以提高廚柜網(wǎng)絡(luò)定制的交互性和便捷性為目的,以廚柜產(chǎn)品的消費(fèi)研究、模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)、虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)交互和定制方案的環(huán)保品質(zhì)預(yù)測(cè)為研究基礎(chǔ),應(yīng)用Unity3D技術(shù)、Spring Web MVC框架和MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)等研發(fā)了基于Web的廚柜產(chǎn)品交互式定制系統(tǒng)。將傳統(tǒng)單一的廚柜定制形式轉(zhuǎn)變成一種體驗(yàn)式、交互式、更加自主和便捷的定制方式,是對(duì)廚柜網(wǎng)絡(luò)定制的一次全新探索,也為其它家具產(chǎn)品的網(wǎng)絡(luò)深度定制提供了參考。(1)采用聯(lián)合分析法,開(kāi)展了廚柜產(chǎn)品的消費(fèi)研究。確定廚柜的價(jià)格、風(fēng)格、五金件、存取舒適度、收納性能、門板材料、臺(tái)面材料和環(huán)保性8個(gè)屬性和各屬性的水平,通過(guò)SPSS17.0軟件中的正交實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)模塊,形成了27個(gè)虛擬廚柜產(chǎn)品并采用9分制的里克特打分法對(duì)虛擬產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了消費(fèi)者調(diào)查研究,利用SPSS 17.0軟件對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行聯(lián)合分析,結(jié)果表明:環(huán)保性和價(jià)格是8個(gè)屬性中2個(gè)最為重要的屬性,相對(duì)重要性分別達(dá)到了22.68%和16.77%,其次為臺(tái)面材料、門板材料、五金件、存取舒適度、存儲(chǔ)空間和風(fēng)格,相對(duì)重要性分別為11.26%、10.90%、9.87%、9.82%、9.59%和9.12%,得出了環(huán)保性是影響消費(fèi)者購(gòu)買產(chǎn)品的最重要因素,將成為未來(lái)廚柜產(chǎn)品的重要競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,而消費(fèi)者在購(gòu)買廚柜時(shí)并不十分關(guān)注產(chǎn)品的風(fēng)格。(2)采用梯形模糊層次分析法開(kāi)展了廚柜產(chǎn)品各指標(biāo)權(quán)重的研究。確立了廚柜產(chǎn)品的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,包括6個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)(美觀性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性、功能性、材料、結(jié)構(gòu)/工藝和環(huán)保性)和26個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo);采用梯形模糊數(shù)判斷標(biāo)度對(duì)處于同一層次的各指標(biāo)做兩兩對(duì)比,構(gòu)造各層級(jí)的兩兩判斷矩陣,得出各層級(jí)不同指標(biāo)的權(quán)重系數(shù)。(3)采用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法開(kāi)展了廚柜產(chǎn)品的評(píng)價(jià)研究。構(gòu)建了模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)的評(píng)語(yǔ)集和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)隸屬度,在德菲爾調(diào)查法調(diào)查結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了單指標(biāo)的模糊評(píng)價(jià)矩陣,結(jié)合梯形模糊層次法得出的各指標(biāo)權(quán)重,建立了廚柜產(chǎn)品的模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)。(4)應(yīng)用Unity3D技術(shù)開(kāi)展了廚柜產(chǎn)品的虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)交互研究,包括交互式顏色和材質(zhì)變化、交互式組件移動(dòng)和交互式巡游展示三個(gè)功能,分析了各部分功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法及所編寫調(diào)用的腳本函數(shù)。(5)對(duì)廚柜定制中環(huán)保品質(zhì)的預(yù)測(cè)開(kāi)展了研究。通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)搜集和實(shí)驗(yàn)室測(cè)試,建立了廚柜產(chǎn)品常用材料甲醛和TVOC釋放量數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),結(jié)合預(yù)測(cè)公式和廚房總體積,對(duì)定制方案的環(huán)保品質(zhì)進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),通過(guò)對(duì)12個(gè)廚柜樣本進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)值和實(shí)測(cè)值的對(duì)比,建立了修正方程,對(duì)預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行修正。(6)采用Unity3D、Spring Web MVC框架和MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)對(duì)基于Web的廚柜產(chǎn)品交互式定制系統(tǒng)開(kāi)展了研究。該定制系統(tǒng)分為用戶登錄模塊、產(chǎn)品評(píng)價(jià)模塊、虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)交互模塊、訂購(gòu)產(chǎn)品模塊(包含交互定制和訂單管理兩部分)、環(huán)保品質(zhì)預(yù)測(cè)模塊、用戶交流模塊和后臺(tái)管理模塊七大模塊。與以往的廚柜網(wǎng)絡(luò)定制方式相比,增加了廚柜產(chǎn)品的評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)比、虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)交互展示、交互定制、訂單管理、定制方案環(huán)保品質(zhì)預(yù)測(cè)和后臺(tái)管理六大功能,其中訂單管理中具有連接前段定制與后端生產(chǎn)的物料單生成功能。
[Abstract]:With the change of the economic development of the Internet and consumer groups, to explore a line with contemporary economic and social development of the kitchen cabinet customization has become an inevitable demand for development of the industry. In order to improve the network cabinet customized interactive and convenient for the purpose, to study consumer kitchen products, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, virtual reality interactive and customized solutions environmental quality prediction based on the application of Unity3D technology, the Spring Web MVC framework and MySQL database developed interactive kitchen product customization system based on Web. The traditional custom cabinets form into an experiential, interactive, more independent and convenient customization, is a new exploration of the network customized cabinet also, provide a reference for other furniture products network depth customization. (1) using conjoint analysis to carry out consumer research products. To determine the kitchen cabinet The price, style, hardware access, comfort, storage performance, door material, surface material and environmental protection of the 8 attributes and each attribute level, through the orthogonal experimental design module in SPSS17.0 software, forming 27 virtual kitchen products and using the 9 point system of Richter hit method investigated consumers for virtual product, using SPSS 17 software for data analysis, the results show that: the environmental protection and the price is 8 properties in 2 of the most important attributes, the relative importance of respectively 22.68% and 16.77%, followed by the mesa material, plate material, hardware, access to storage space and comfort, style, relative the importance is respectively 11.26%, 10.90%, 9.87%, 9.82%, 9.59% and 9.12%, the environmental protection is the most important factor influencing consumers to buy the product, the future competition will become an important force of kitchen product, and consumers in the purchase of kitchen cabinets When you are not very concerned about the product style. (2) using trapezoidal fuzzy AHP method to carry out research of kitchen product weight of each index is established. The cabinet product evaluation index system, including 6 first level indexes (appearance, economy, function, material, structure and technology and environmental protection) and 26 the two level indicators; using trapezoidal fuzzy number judgement scale for each index at the same level as 22 compared to 22 the level of judgment matrix structure, it is concluded that the weight coefficient at all levels of the various indicators.
