基于感性工學(xué)的教務(wù)系統(tǒng)界面設(shè)計(jì)與優(yōu)化

【摘要】:隨著用戶體驗(yàn)的理念逐漸受到廣泛關(guān)注,在網(wǎng)站和系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中,如何獲取用戶需求、增強(qiáng)用戶體驗(yàn)已經(jīng)成為研究的重點(diǎn)。在傳統(tǒng)的信息管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中,設(shè)計(jì)者關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)主要是用戶操作的可用性,,很少考慮用戶的感性認(rèn)知和感性需求,在用戶體驗(yàn)方面有所欠缺。感性設(shè)計(jì)是一種基于用戶感性需求與認(rèn)知的設(shè)計(jì)理論,在電子商務(wù)網(wǎng)站頁(yè)面設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用比較多,給用戶帶來(lái)了愉快的使用體驗(yàn)。 本文針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的信息管理系統(tǒng)界面設(shè)計(jì)存在的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題,通過(guò)對(duì)感性工學(xué)及其在界面設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行研究,以提高用戶的使用體驗(yàn)為目的,對(duì)實(shí)例系統(tǒng)界面進(jìn)行了感性設(shè)計(jì)。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括以下幾個(gè)方面: (1)本文首先對(duì)感性工學(xué)及感性設(shè)計(jì)的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,為信息管理系統(tǒng)界面的感性設(shè)計(jì)提供參考;然后對(duì)信息管理系統(tǒng)界面設(shè)計(jì)的基本概念進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹,在分析了以用戶為中心的人機(jī)交互模型的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)出Web界面設(shè)計(jì)的一般流程,并對(duì)界面設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化需把握的原則進(jìn)行了分析。 (2)然后對(duì)感性工學(xué)的基本概念和研究方法流程進(jìn)行了研究,詳細(xì)介紹了“0階概念法”、“語(yǔ)義差異法”、“眼動(dòng)跟蹤技術(shù)”、“情感測(cè)量方法”等感性設(shè)計(jì)常用的方法技術(shù);對(duì)感性工學(xué)在界面設(shè)計(jì)中的作用進(jìn)行了探究,提出了將二者相結(jié)合對(duì)提高人機(jī)交互的效率和便利性的可行性,歸納出感性的Web界面設(shè)計(jì)流程。 (3)最后以學(xué)分制綜合教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)為例,在分析提取系統(tǒng)的感性要素和用戶感性需求特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上完成了對(duì)學(xué)分制教務(wù)系統(tǒng)中學(xué)籍信息管理系統(tǒng)、學(xué)生成績(jī)管理系統(tǒng)、學(xué)分制選課系統(tǒng)等3個(gè)典型子系統(tǒng)的界面優(yōu)化,并對(duì)該設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行了感性評(píng)估,驗(yàn)證了將感性工學(xué)應(yīng)用在信息管理系統(tǒng)界面設(shè)計(jì)中的可行性,期望能對(duì)其他信息管理系統(tǒng)的界面設(shè)計(jì)提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:With the concept of user experience being paid more and more attention, how to obtain user needs and enhance user experience in the design of websites and systems has become the focus of research. In the traditional information management system design. Designers mainly focus on the usability of user operations, and rarely consider the perceptual cognition and emotional needs of users. Perceptual design is a design theory based on users' perceptual needs and cognition. It is widely used in the page design of e-commerce websites, which brings users a pleasant experience. Aiming at the practical problems in the interface design of the traditional information management system, this paper studies the perceptual engineering and its application in the interface design in order to improve the user's experience. The perceptual design of the interface of the example system is carried out. The main research contents include the following aspects: Firstly, this paper analyzes the current research situation of perceptual engineering and perceptual design, which provides a reference for the perceptual design of the interface of information management system. Then the basic concept of the interface design of the information management system is introduced in detail. Based on the analysis of the user-centered human-computer interaction model, the general flow of Web interface design is summarized. The principle of interface design optimization is analyzed. Secondly, the basic concepts and research methods of perceptual engineering are studied, and the "0-order concept method", "semantic difference method" and "eye movement tracking technology" are introduced in detail. "emotion measurement method" and so on inductive design commonly used method technology; This paper probes into the function of perceptual engineering in interface design, puts forward the feasibility of combining the two to improve the efficiency and convenience of human-computer interaction, and concludes the flow of perceptual Web interface design. Finally, taking the credit system integrated educational administration system as an example, on the basis of analyzing and extracting the perceptual elements of the system and the characteristics of the users' perceptual requirements, the paper completes the information management system of the student status in the credit system educational administration system. The interface optimization of three typical subsystems, such as the student grade management system and the credit system course selection system, is carried out, and the perceptual evaluation of the design scheme is carried out. The feasibility of applying perceptual engineering to the interface design of information management system is verified, which is expected to provide some reference for the interface design of other information management systems.
