【摘要】：為了提高在位置社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)中匹配軌跡相似用戶的準(zhǔn)確性,提出了一種基于自適應(yīng)密度聚類的用戶軌跡相似性雙重加權(quán)模型。首先,根據(jù)簽到點(diǎn)的分布,提出基于聚類區(qū)域半徑的自適應(yīng)密度聚類算法,對簽到點(diǎn)進(jìn)行聚類,得到符合一定區(qū)域半徑的自適應(yīng)分層聚類區(qū)域。然后,針對用戶相似性的計(jì)算,提出用戶軌跡相似性雙重加權(quán)模型:基于不同層次上權(quán)重不同及同一層次上不同簽到區(qū)域權(quán)重不同2個(gè)原則�；�于分層聚類區(qū)域,計(jì)算用戶訪問各分層的軌跡相似性;由于不同簽到區(qū)域?qū)ο嗨贫鹊谋碚髂芰Σ煌?通過不同權(quán)重來計(jì)算具體層次上的相似性。進(jìn)而,進(jìn)行層次上的加權(quán),獲得用戶總體的相似性。仿真表明,該方法能有效地分析出用戶軌跡相似性,具備較高的準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the accuracy of matching track similarity users in position social networks, a double weighted model based on adaptive density clustering is proposed. Firstly, according to the distribution of check-in points, an adaptive density clustering algorithm based on the radius of cluster region is proposed to cluster the check-in points and obtain the adaptive hierarchical clustering region which accords with a certain radius of the region. Then, according to the calculation of user similarity, a double weighted model of user track similarity is proposed, which is based on two principles: different weights at different levels and different check-in regions at the same level. Based on hierarchical clustering region, the similarity of users' access to each layer is calculated, and because different check-in regions have different representation ability to similarity, the similarity at specific levels is calculated by different weights. Then, we can get the similarity of the user population by weighting at the level. Simulation results show that this method can effectively analyze the similarity of user tracks and has high accuracy.
