【摘要】:隨著計算機技術與網絡技術的快速發(fā)展,計算機應用已經深入人們生活的各個方面。降低生產成本,提高生產效率,合理保證商品庫存,加速企業(yè)流動資金的運轉是目前各大中小企業(yè)的在市場活動中賴以生存的根本。一個適合自己企業(yè)的采購銷售管理系統是企業(yè)信息化管理的重要處理工具。本課題根據某制造企業(yè)的特點,集原材料采購、存儲、生產、銷售等環(huán)節(jié)于一體,為該企業(yè)量身打造營銷一體的采購管理軟件。本課題全面系統的分析該企業(yè)的生產業(yè)務需求,因此在設計和實現過程中針對性較強,操作平臺力求簡單實用,完美達到客戶的需求。根據企業(yè)的生產環(huán)境要求,本系統采用了B/S架構模型,本模型下的軟件系統能實現企業(yè)復雜的生產需求,并可以獲得最佳的運行性能,用戶體驗極好。系統是基于J2EE環(huán)境開發(fā),程序設計語言采用java,使用eclipse開發(fā)工具,數據庫使用SQL Server2005,服務器端的操作系統使用Windows Server2003。本系統在分析設計階段運用UML進行建模分析,設計了采購員、銷售員、倉庫管理員、財務人員以及系統管理員幾大類系統角色,并對這幾種角色的系統用例進行了分析設計。課題根據系統用例完成了數據建模、系統各功能模塊的設計和實現,主要包括進貨管理、庫存管理、銷售管理、進銷貨付款管理、基礎數據管理、系統維護以及一些輔助的功能模塊。最后,給出了測試結果并對系統進行了客觀的評價。系統經過一段時間的試運行,應用系統后企業(yè)的經濟效益增長明顯,生產效率與傳統手工作業(yè)相比有了極大提高,生產成本下降明顯達到了預期目的。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, computer application has penetrated into all aspects of people's lives, reduce production costs, improve production efficiency, and ensure reasonable inventory of commodities. Speeding up the operation of enterprise liquidity is the basis for the survival of large and medium-sized enterprises in market activities at present. A purchasing and sales management system suitable for their own enterprises is an important processing tool for enterprise information management. According to the characteristics of a manufacturing enterprise. Set raw material procurement, storage, production, sales and other links in one, for the enterprise to create a marketing integrated procurement management software. The subject of a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the production business requirements of the enterprise. So in the process of design and implementation, the operation platform is simple and practical to meet the needs of customers. According to the requirements of the production environment, the system adopts the B / S architecture model. The software system under this model can realize the complex production demand of enterprise, and can obtain the best running performance, the user experience is excellent. The system is based on J2EE environment development, the programming language adopts java. Using the eclipse development tool, the database uses SQL Server2005. The operating system of server side uses Windows Server 2003.This system uses UML to model and analyze in the stage of analysis and design, designs the purchaser, the salesman, the warehouse administrator. Financial personnel and system administrators several types of system roles, and these roles of the system use cases are analyzed and designed. According to the system use cases, the subject completed the data modeling, system functional modules design and implementation. Mainly includes purchase management, inventory management, sales management, purchase and sales payment management, basic data management, system maintenance and some supporting functional modules. Finally. The test results are given and the system is evaluated objectively. After a period of trial operation, the economic benefit of the enterprise increases obviously, and the production efficiency is greatly improved compared with the traditional manual work. The cost of production has obviously reached the expected goal.
