社會(huì)治理創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐中政務(wù)微信應(yīng)對(duì)輿情危機(jī)的策略研究

【摘要】:自2011年起,微信經(jīng)過6年的快速發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為重要社交工具,各級(jí)政府也注意到政務(wù)微信對(duì)于政府信息公開、回應(yīng)群眾關(guān)切、政民互動(dòng)具有重要作用。特別是在處置公共輿論事件中,政府能夠利用微信的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì),如通過及時(shí)傳播官方聲音、高效率采取應(yīng)急管理等措施,有效地消除矛盾與誤解,引導(dǎo)輿論向積極方向發(fā)展,政務(wù)微信由此產(chǎn)生。但同時(shí),政務(wù)微信在處置公共輿論問題上也存在一系列挑戰(zhàn),仍須深入的學(xué)理探討與實(shí)踐探索。
[Abstract]:Since 2011, WeChat has become an important social tool after six years of rapid development. Governments at all levels have also noted that government WeChat plays an important role in government information disclosure, responding to public concerns, and interaction between government and the people. Especially in dealing with public opinion events, the government can make use of the unique advantages of WeChat, such as timely dissemination of official voice, efficient emergency management and other measures to effectively eliminate contradictions and misunderstandings, guide public opinion to a positive direction, resulting in the emergence of government WeChat. But at the same time, government WeChat also has a series of challenges in dealing with the issue of public opinion, which still needs to be discussed in depth and explored in practice.
