大型冷卻塔表面脈動風壓原型實測與分布準則

【摘要】:我國冷卻塔規(guī)范風荷載條款仍源自20世紀80年代原型冷卻塔(約90m高)實測資料,且僅規(guī)定了塔筒表面靜態(tài)風壓分布。事實上,超大型冷卻塔(高度≥165m)風振問題與風荷載脈動作用關系更加密切,由此導致了冷卻塔數(shù)學和物理試驗模型雷諾數(shù)效應模擬準則的不完整性,難于準確再現(xiàn)冷卻塔表面動態(tài)風荷載與來流條件、塔群組合狀況等參數(shù)間的合理關系,已成為制約大型冷卻塔抗風性能研究和結構設計的瓶頸。為此,采用全天候動態(tài)風壓采集設備,對某電廠冷卻塔(約166m高)進行通風筒表面動、靜態(tài)風壓長期現(xiàn)場觀測,量化表面脈動壓力與來流紊流度之間的影響關系,提出具有原創(chuàng)性的冷卻塔超高雷諾數(shù)條件(Re≥6E7)脈動風壓雷諾數(shù)效應模擬準則。
