盤(pán)坡角對(duì)水平力作用下擴(kuò)盤(pán)樁土體破壞狀態(tài)影響研究

【摘要】:混凝土擴(kuò)盤(pán)樁作為一種新型樁,如今越來(lái)越受人們重視,它由等截面混凝土灌注樁發(fā)展而來(lái)。通過(guò)在樁身的不同位置設(shè)置承力盤(pán),從而使普通直樁變?yōu)樽兘孛娑顺袠?同時(shí)樁的受力機(jī)理也發(fā)生了變化。其特點(diǎn)是具有承載力高,沉降變形小的優(yōu)點(diǎn),因此具有較好的發(fā)展前景。目前,關(guān)于混凝土擴(kuò)盤(pán)樁的研究雖然已經(jīng)取得了不少成果,但仍然處于發(fā)展的初步階段,其在豎向承載性能方面的研究已經(jīng)有較多積累,但在承受水平荷載作用機(jī)理的研究十分有限,由于一直以來(lái)樁基的水平承載力都比較受到人們的重視,因此一定程度影響了這種優(yōu)秀樁型的廣泛應(yīng)用。混凝土擴(kuò)盤(pán)樁與普通直樁最大的不同之處便是存在承力擴(kuò)大盤(pán),由于在設(shè)置承力盤(pán)時(shí)具有靈活可變性,比如承力盤(pán)個(gè)數(shù)、承力盤(pán)間距、承力盤(pán)直徑和坡角等等,因此對(duì)承力盤(pán)參數(shù)的研究具有實(shí)際意義。為了更好的指導(dǎo)工程實(shí)踐,本文將借助有限元模擬和原狀土小比例半面樁試驗(yàn)法研究盤(pán)坡角對(duì)水平力作用下擴(kuò)盤(pán)樁土體破壞狀態(tài)的影響。在軟件模擬方面,通過(guò)ANSYS軟件建立不同承力盤(pán)坡角的分析模型,對(duì)模擬結(jié)果進(jìn)行應(yīng)力和位移分析,比較結(jié)果,初步分析出了不同承力盤(pán)坡角對(duì)樁身位移、土體破壞狀態(tài)的影響和較為合適的坡角設(shè)計(jì)值;同時(shí)為了可以觀察樁周土的破壞情況進(jìn)行小模型試驗(yàn),此期間進(jìn)行樁周土破壞狀態(tài)的和樁頂位移值的記錄,經(jīng)整理分析后與軟件模擬部分進(jìn)行對(duì)比,最終確定了不同承力盤(pán)坡角對(duì)樁周土的破壞形態(tài)和合理的承力盤(pán)坡角,并且根據(jù)樁周土體的破壞狀態(tài)進(jìn)行了擴(kuò)盤(pán)樁水平承載力的分析。通過(guò)本文的研究能夠定性地確定了混凝土擴(kuò)盤(pán)樁在水平荷載下的樁土破壞特征,和承力盤(pán)坡角的大小對(duì)其承受水平荷載的影響,完善了混凝土擴(kuò)盤(pán)樁的理論基礎(chǔ),有助于對(duì)該型樁的進(jìn)一步研究和在今后大規(guī)模應(yīng)用在實(shí)際工程中。
[Abstract]:As a new type of pile, concrete expanded disc pile is paid more and more attention by people. It is developed from the equal section concrete cast-in-place pile. By setting a bearing plate in different positions of the pile body, the ordinary straight pile is changed into a variable cross-section end bearing pile, and the mechanical mechanism of the pile is also changed. It has the advantages of high bearing capacity and small settlement and deformation, so it has a good development prospect. At present, although many achievements have been made in the research of concrete expanded disk pile, it is still in the initial stage of development, and its research on vertical bearing capacity has accumulated a lot. However, the research on the mechanism of bearing horizontal load is very limited. Because the horizontal bearing capacity of pile foundation has been paid more attention to, the extensive application of this excellent pile type has been affected to a certain extent. The biggest difference between concrete pile and ordinary straight pile is the existence of bearing expansion plate, because of its flexibility in setting up bearing plate, such as the number of bearing plates, the distance between load-plates, the diameter and slope angle of bearing plates, etc. Therefore, the study of bearing plate parameters has practical significance. In order to guide engineering practice better, this paper will study the influence of slope angle on soil failure state under horizontal force by means of finite element simulation and small scale semi-plane pile test of undisturbed soil. In the aspect of software simulation, through ANSYS software, the analysis model of different bearing plate slope angle is established, and the stress and displacement analysis of the simulation result is carried out, and the results are compared, and the displacement of pile body with different bearing plate slope angle is preliminarily analyzed. At the same time, in order to observe the failure of soil around the pile, the failure state of the soil around the pile and the displacement of the top of the pile are recorded during the small model test of the failure state of the soil and the design value of the slope angle. After finishing and analyzing and comparing with the software simulation part, the failure pattern and reasonable bearing slope angle of the pile surrounding soil with different bearing plate slope angles are determined, and the horizontal bearing capacity of the pile is analyzed according to the failure state of the soil around the pile. Through the research in this paper, the characteristics of pile and soil failure under horizontal load can be determined qualitatively, and the influence of the angle of bearing plate slope on the pile bearing horizontal load can be determined qualitatively, and the theoretical foundation of concrete expanded plate pile can be improved. It is helpful to further study of this type of pile and its application in practical engineering in the future.
