【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和國(guó)民的生活水平不斷提高,在新時(shí)代人們對(duì)精神文化需求和娛樂(lè)需求提出了更高的要求。中國(guó)的旅游市場(chǎng)快速增長(zhǎng),旅游業(yè)已成為中國(guó)重要的產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。在旅游業(yè)快速增長(zhǎng)的趨勢(shì)下,度假酒店的建設(shè)進(jìn)入一個(gè)快速發(fā)展的階段,全國(guó)各地的度假酒店如雨后春筍搬涌現(xiàn)出來(lái)。以度假酒店為研究對(duì)象,基于地域特色對(duì)度假酒店進(jìn)行規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)和建筑設(shè)計(jì)的探討。通過(guò)對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)分析總結(jié)與歸納、依托實(shí)例調(diào)研、在實(shí)際項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐等方法進(jìn)行地域文化特色度假酒店的設(shè)計(jì)研究分析。首先對(duì)度假酒店的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了概述,包括度假酒店在我國(guó)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及我國(guó)在度假酒店設(shè)計(jì)方面存在的問(wèn)題。其次,對(duì)地域性文化的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了闡述,分析了地域文化對(duì)度假酒店的意義。以三亞為例,分析了三亞的地理氣候特征、歷史文化特征、民俗文化特征以及三亞旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和前景,在研究三亞喜來(lái)登酒店的實(shí)際案例的基礎(chǔ)上,得出濱水型度假酒店地域文化設(shè)計(jì)策略。最后,結(jié)合本人參與的三亞鉑瑞度假酒店的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐,分析了三亞鉑瑞度假酒店的規(guī)劃與建筑設(shè)計(jì),探尋地域文化在度假酒店設(shè)計(jì)中運(yùn)用。所以得出的結(jié)論與經(jīng)驗(yàn)可以為今后的地域文化度假酒店的設(shè)計(jì)起到拋磚引玉的作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the continuous improvement of the people's living standards, in the new era people put forward higher requirements for spiritual and cultural needs and entertainment needs. With the rapid growth of China's tourism market, tourism has become one of the most important industries in China. With the rapid growth of tourism, the construction of holiday hotels has entered a stage of rapid development, and resort hotels are springing up all over the country. This paper discusses the planning and architectural design of resort hotels based on their regional characteristics. Through the analysis and summary of the relevant literature, relying on the case study, the design research and analysis of the resort hotel with regional cultural characteristics are carried out in the actual project design practice. First of all, the theory of resort hotel is summarized, including the development of resort hotel in our country and the problems in the design of resort hotel in our country. Secondly, the related theories of regional culture are expounded, and the significance of regional culture to resort hotels is analyzed. Taking Sanya as an example, this paper analyzes the geographical and climatic characteristics, historical and cultural characteristics, folklore and cultural characteristics of Sanya, as well as the present situation and prospects of tourism development in Sanya. On the basis of studying the actual case of Sheraton Hotel in Sanya, The regional culture design strategy of waterfront resort hotel is obtained. Finally, based on the design practice of Sanya Platinum Resort, this paper analyzes the planning and architectural design of Sanya Platinum Resort, and explores the application of regional culture in the design of Resort Hotel. So the conclusion and experience can be used as inspiration for the future design of regional culture resort hotel.
