跨境高等教育文化距離測(cè)度模型及對(duì)云南省的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著跨境高等教育的快速發(fā)展,越來越多留學(xué)生參與到留學(xué)的熱潮中去,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)突飛猛進(jìn)的增長(zhǎng),也使得來華接受跨境高等教育的留學(xué)生數(shù)量逐年增加。而這其中也面臨著許多問題,留學(xué)生所處東道國(guó)的文化環(huán)境與自己本國(guó)的文化環(huán)境存在差異,這種文化距離的存在使得留學(xué)生進(jìn)入新環(huán)境會(huì)有一個(gè)跨文化適應(yīng)的過程。然而影響文化距離的因素有很多,影響的程度也有所不同。因此,本文在已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合當(dāng)前現(xiàn)狀,分析了跨境高等教育中文化距離的影響因素。隨著“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略的持續(xù)推進(jìn),云南省參與跨境高等教育的學(xué)校越來越多,來云南高校學(xué)習(xí)的留學(xué)生數(shù)量也在逐年增加。由于云南省區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)的存在,使得來云南接受跨境高等教育的學(xué)生大多為周邊國(guó)家的學(xué)生,而來自其他國(guó)家的學(xué)生相對(duì)較少。盡管如此,留學(xué)生這一群體的數(shù)量也在不斷擴(kuò)大,因此,必須要處理好文化距離引起的跨文化沖突問題。只有這樣,才能讓云南省繼續(xù)發(fā)揚(yáng)地緣優(yōu)勢(shì),提升跨境高等教育的質(zhì)量,吸引更多的留學(xué)生來此學(xué)習(xí)。文章的具體內(nèi)容如下:第一,對(duì)本篇論文的選題背景、研究意義、研究思路和方法以及研究?jī)?nèi)容都進(jìn)行介紹;同時(shí),從跨境高等教育、跨文化理論以及文化距離三方面對(duì)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述;第二,對(duì)跨境高等教育以及跨文化沖突的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析。對(duì)于跨境高等教育的現(xiàn)狀,本文主要是從五個(gè)方面,以圖表的形式對(duì)其進(jìn)行清晰的闡述;而對(duì)于跨文化沖突的現(xiàn)狀,主要是從六個(gè)方面進(jìn)行詳細(xì)敘述。第三,設(shè)計(jì)文化距離測(cè)度模型的指標(biāo)體系,通過改進(jìn)的層次分析法計(jì)算出各指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,構(gòu)建跨境高等教育文化距離測(cè)度模型;第四,利用文化距離測(cè)度模型,以云南省高等院校為例進(jìn)行測(cè)度和典型案例研究;第五,根據(jù)上述案例分析的文化距離諸多因素在跨境高等教育影響程度,針對(duì)影響較大的因素提出跨境高等教育過程中應(yīng)對(duì)對(duì)策,構(gòu)建跨境教育過程中跨文化沖突的管理機(jī)制。第六,對(duì)當(dāng)前論文的研究做了一個(gè)總結(jié),同時(shí)提出了本篇論文的確定與不足,并對(duì)后續(xù)的研究給出了兩點(diǎn)改進(jìn)意見。當(dāng)前我國(guó)跨境高等教育的發(fā)展速度很快,我們更應(yīng)該在這個(gè)關(guān)鍵時(shí)刻做好跨境高等教育的跨文化管理工作,緩解留學(xué)生進(jìn)入新環(huán)境帶來的不適應(yīng)和跨文化沖突,淡化文化距離的影響因素給他們帶來的身心不適,為他們的學(xué)習(xí)生活創(chuàng)造一個(gè)輕松自在的環(huán)境,從而促進(jìn)云南省跨境高等教育的快速發(fā)展,提升高?缇掣叩冉逃馁|(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of cross-border higher education, more and more foreign students participate in the upsurge of studying abroad. The cultural environment of the host country of the foreign students is different from that of their own, and the existence of this cultural distance makes the international students enter the new environment will have a cross-cultural adaptation process. However, there are many factors affecting cultural distance, and the degree of influence is different. Therefore, based on the existing research and the current situation, this paper analyzes the influence factors of cultural distance in cross-border higher education. With the continuous development of "Belt and Road" strategy, more and more schools participate in cross-border higher education in Yunnan Province, and the number of foreign students coming to Yunnan colleges and universities is increasing year by year. Because of the location advantage of Yunnan Province, most of the students coming to Yunnan to receive cross-border higher education are students from neighboring countries, but the students from other countries are relatively few. In spite of this, the number of international students is also increasing, so we must deal with the cross-cultural conflict caused by cultural distance. Only in this way can Yunnan continue to develop its geographical advantages, improve the quality of cross-border higher education and attract more foreign students to study here. The specific contents of the article are as follows: first, the background of this paper, research significance, research ideas and methods, as well as research content are introduced; at the same time, from cross-border higher education, The cross-cultural theory and cultural distance are discussed in detail. Secondly, the current situation of cross-border higher education and cross-cultural conflict is analyzed. For the status quo of cross-border higher education, this paper mainly from five aspects, in the form of chart to explain clearly, and for cross-cultural conflict, mainly from six aspects of the detailed description. Thirdly, design the index system of the cultural distance measurement model, calculate the weight of each index through the improved analytic hierarchy process, construct the cultural distance measurement model of cross-border higher education; fourth, use the cultural distance measure model, Take Yunnan higher education as an example to measure and typical case study. Fifthly, according to the cultural distance of the above case analysis, many factors influence the cross-border higher education. In view of the influential factors, the countermeasures in the process of cross-border higher education are put forward, and the management mechanism of cross-cultural conflict in the process of cross-border education is constructed. Sixth, this paper summarizes the current research, and puts forward the determination and deficiency of this paper, and gives two suggestions to improve the future research. With the rapid development of cross-border higher education in our country, we should do a good job in cross-cultural management of cross-border higher education at this critical moment, so as to alleviate the unadaptability and cross-cultural conflicts brought about by the entry of foreign students into the new environment. Desalination of the influence factors of cultural distance brings them physical and mental discomfort, creates a relaxed and comfortable environment for their study and life, thus promotes the rapid development of cross-border higher education in Yunnan Province, and promotes the quality of cross-border higher education in colleges and universities.
