【摘要】：當(dāng)前,我國正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)體制轉(zhuǎn)軌、發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變、社會結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,諸多可以預(yù)見和難以預(yù)見的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素不斷增多,人口、資源、環(huán)境等各種社會矛盾日益凸顯。就高等教育而言,近些年來,在校大學(xué)生意外傷害和重大疾病等風(fēng)險(xiǎn)事件屢屢發(fā)生,并日益呈現(xiàn)出突發(fā)性、多樣性、復(fù)雜性等特征,引起社會各界的廣泛關(guān)注,對高校教育教學(xué)秩序的影響也日趨嚴(yán)重,學(xué)生安全教育和高校風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的任務(wù)愈益艱巨。大學(xué)生保險(xiǎn)意識教育正是根據(jù)當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外環(huán)境的深刻變化以及高等教育改革發(fā)展的階段性特征提出來的一個(gè)思想政治教育新課題。作為現(xiàn)代國民教育體系的最高層次,高校承擔(dān)著培育現(xiàn)代理念、傳播現(xiàn)代知識、造就現(xiàn)代人才、推廣現(xiàn)代文明的崇高使命和重要責(zé)任。依據(jù)“社會需求決定人才培養(yǎng)規(guī)格”的教育原則,高校培養(yǎng)的大學(xué)生應(yīng)當(dāng)具備現(xiàn)代公民所必須的現(xiàn)代意識和能力素質(zhì)。保險(xiǎn)是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展到一定階段的必然產(chǎn)物,保險(xiǎn)意識是現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中公民現(xiàn)代意識的具體體現(xiàn),科學(xué)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理念、良好的保險(xiǎn)認(rèn)知意識和較強(qiáng)的保險(xiǎn)運(yùn)用能力是衡量現(xiàn)代社會文明進(jìn)步及其公民全面發(fā)展程度的重要標(biāo)志。目前,國內(nèi)外關(guān)于大學(xué)生保險(xiǎn)意識教育并沒有形成一個(gè)獨(dú)立的研究視域,尤其把大學(xué)生保險(xiǎn)意識教育納入思想政治教育視野進(jìn)行研究還是一個(gè)空白點(diǎn),這一缺憾和不足正是本文最大的特色與創(chuàng)新之處。本文按照“提出問題→分析問題→解決問題”的基本思路,運(yùn)用思想政治教育的基本理論觀點(diǎn),在對大學(xué)生保險(xiǎn)意識狀況進(jìn)行一定范圍調(diào)查分析的基礎(chǔ)上,就大學(xué)生保險(xiǎn)意識教育的理論依據(jù)及內(nèi)涵、現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和價(jià)值、存在問題與對策等進(jìn)行了一定的研究和探討,以期為推動各高校在教育教學(xué)實(shí)踐中更加重視加強(qiáng)和普及大學(xué)生保險(xiǎn)意識教育、更好地服務(wù)于培養(yǎng)德智體美全面發(fā)展的中國特色社會主義合格建設(shè)者和可靠接班人這一全局戰(zhàn)略提供一定的參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the crucial period of economic system transition, development mode transformation, and social structural transformation. Many foreseeable and unpredictable risk factors are increasing, population, resources, Environmental and other social contradictions are becoming increasingly prominent. As far as higher education is concerned, in recent years, risk events such as accidental injuries and major diseases among college students have occurred frequently, and have increasingly shown the characteristics of sudden, diverse, complex, etc. It has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life in the society, and the impact on the order of education and teaching in colleges and universities is becoming more and more serious. The task of student safety education and university risk management is becoming more and more arduous. The insurance consciousness education of college students is a thought put forward according to the profound changes of the current domestic and international environment and the stage characteristics of the reform and development of higher education. As the highest level of modern national education system, Colleges and universities undertake the lofty mission and important responsibility of cultivating modern ideas, disseminating modern knowledge, bringing up modern talents and popularizing modern civilization. The college students should have the modern consciousness and the ability quality necessary for the modern citizen. Insurance is the inevitable product of the development of the modern economy and society, and the insurance consciousness is the concrete embodiment of the citizen's modern consciousness in the process of modernization. Scientific risk management concept, good insurance awareness and strong insurance ability are important indicators to measure the progress of modern social civilization and the comprehensive development of its citizens. There is no independent research field about college students' insurance consciousness education at home and abroad. Especially, it is still a blank spot to study college students' insurance consciousness education into the field of ideological and political education. This shortcoming and deficiency is the greatest characteristic and innovation of this paper. 鈫扐nalysis problem. 鈫扥n the basis of investigation and analysis of the status of college students' insurance consciousness, the theoretical basis and connotation of college students' insurance consciousness education are discussed in terms of the basic thinking of solving the problem, using the basic theoretical viewpoint of ideological and political education, and on the basis of the investigation and analysis of the situation of college students' insurance consciousness. In order to promote colleges and universities to pay more attention to strengthening and popularizing college students' insurance consciousness education, this paper makes some research and discussion on the practical significance and value, existing problems and countermeasures, in order to promote colleges and universities to pay more attention to strengthening and popularizing college students' insurance consciousness. Better serve for the overall strategy of cultivating qualified constructors and reliable successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
